Dear Susan,
I just wanted to write to you directly to tell you about our stay at Villa Saudara.
It was without doubt one of the best holidays we've had and it was due in a large part to your villa and the wonderful staff.
I think I mentioned before that we were going there for our daughter Kate's wedding, and it was the first time we had been to Bali, so we weren't sure what to expect. We were a little concerned when we first arrived to discover that we seemed to be going up an unmade track to get to the villa. However when we opened the garden door and entered it was like coming from the desert into an oasis - and it only got better from there.
The villa itself and the facilities were excellent and very comfortable. We especially liked the open air living area and kitchen.
We have travelled extensively and soon learned that it is the staff and organisation of any facility that makes or breaks it, and it was in those areas that Villa Saudara excelled. Trisna was always there and nothing was too difficult for her. Our young grandchildren were with us and came to regard Trisna almost as a favourite big sister. Also our driver Gede was absolutely fantastic. He was always available, and nothing was a problem for him. Our son and he became good friends, and are still keeping in touch.
And of course Patma and Sindu unobtrusively made sure that everything was as it should be.
Everything we requested was there - and unusually there was nothing that needed to be followed up on.
So, thank you to the Villa Saudara team, and we look forward to staying there again some time in the future.

Villa Saudara is located in the heart of Seminyak, within walking distance to Seminyak Square and only a stone's throw from the renowned Ku De Ta restaurant.
The villa itself was very well appointed and a real oasis from the hustle and bustle outside. Amenities were excellent, with all bedrooms and TV/games/third bedroom air-conditioned and a well appointed living area and large crystal clear swimming pool. But the real icing on the cake for us was the villa team - they couldn't do enough for us. We had small children, (one and three), and Trisna who was there every day became almost a member of the family. She made sure we had everything we needed and that everyone including the children was happy. Gede, our driver has become a family friend. Nothing was too difficult for him, and no time too awkward for him to be available to go anywhere we wanted. Patma and Sindu ensured that everything was running smoothly at all times. Everything we requested in advance, (such as a pool fence because of the young children), was in place when we arrived. There was nothing we had to remind them of. Included in our package was a specially catered dinner and breakfast which was a real bonus. Our bond was returned to us in full prior to our departure. -

Stayed at the Villa Saudara for 5 days. It was so relaxing and quiet yet in the most perfect location. Walking distance to Ku De Ta, the beach and La lucciola's. The Villa staff were ever so friendly and went over and beyond to accommodate us. It was so nice to be picked up at the airport and greeted by our very friendly driver who provided us with water as we walked outside and some great balinese stories. Loved the pool (spent many hours day and night here) and outdoor kitchen/dinning. Would defiantly stay here again and will recommend it to all my friends.

In a word... Wow, my wife and I have travelled all over the world and never experienced anything quite like villa saudara. The personal staff (chef/housekeeper,driver and admin) were fantastic, very polite, professional and trustworthy (a rare thing in Bali). Nothing was too much trouble, first class all the way. The villa was sensational some 5 star hotels don't offer half of what is offered here. The personal pool is fantastic, well manicured gardens, spacious rooms, everything is of the highest standard with enough space to accommodate a group or large family. The villa is so cheap for what is offered, I wouldn't stay anywhere else in Bali. Thanks to the team at villa saudara, see you all next time

Two very enthusiastic thumbs up for Villa Saudara.
Well located, within walking distance to all of my favourite shops, bars, restaurants and of course the beach. Although I barely ventured there because the private pool at Villa Saudara was such a treat.
The service received from the staff was unparalleled, their commitment to ensuring my stay was as personalised and comfortable as possible, and their attention to detail both cute and thoughtful.
The facilities and amenaties in the villa were well styled, convenient and made for a perfect getaway.
Thanks to all of the team for such attentive and delightful service, I know where I'll be staying next trip! -

The location of this villa is excellent as it is right next to KuDeTa and a short walk to the beach and the other restaurants and bars in Seminyak. The staff was great as well. All in all it was a very good place for a holiday.

Just arrived home from an 8 night stay in Bali. Villa Saudara was perfect for us. A good size villa, great pool and really nice beds! our cleaner was very efficient and sweet. perfect location for us near all the best restaurants! Pitty about the constant rain and winds (thanks cyclone Narelle in australia for that!)

We chose this villa because of the price and location and were delightfully surprised by the service.
This villa is a good value for the money compared to others in the area and the size was just right for the three of us.
The location was great. The key is the proximity to Ku De Ta--the perfect place for a great breakfast, impeccable sunset, and the best mix of chill people. There are a number of great restaurants and tons of shops within walking distance and a number of spas/massage places within a 5 minute walk. The villa is in a great spot in Seminyak. You know it is a good neighborhood when the Oberoi is located next door.
The best part of this villa was the service. The housekeeper, Trisna, was such a friendly, hospitable, accommodating woman who took such great care of us each day. She kept the villa impeccably clean, made coffee each day, cut fruit, did our laundry, ironed our clothes, and all with the friendliest smile. The villa's driver Putu Nastra, was terrific. He was friendly, knowledgable, flexible and funny. We always felt safe and comfortable while driving around in Bali's infamous traffic.
We would definitely go back to this villa again or definitely choose another property managed by the same group; Susan and her team really understand hospitality. -

I have been to Bali many times and decided to stay at Villa Saudara with my husband after reading a profile claiming it had such a great location. I was a little nervous as there was no reviews as I believe we were the first to stay in it.
But can I say...I have never stayed in a better Location in Bali!!
The villa is literally a one minute walk to Ku De Ta and then another minute to the beachfront.
The Villa is brand new, so everything was in perfect condition. I will be bringing our family next Bali visit to stay!
I would highly recommend staying at Villa Saudara.
