Don't know where to begin!
We were lucky to secure a booking at Seminyak North (Smaller Villa - 2 Bedrooms) for our honeymoon.
1. Location was ideal - Close to restaurants, beach, shops and even convenience stores
2. Villa - Absolutely faultless! Clean, modern, spacious with everything you need to enjoy your stay, including a fully fitted kitchen, luxurious bedding and decent sized pool
3. Service - Greeted upon arrival at Bali airport by PJ (Villa's chauffeur), therefore we felt safe right from the start of our trip. Pj also shared his local knowledge of things to do/places to see. We were greeted upon our arrival at the Villa by the staff who provided us with a tour of the Villa and made us feel very welcome. Chris, the owner, was also extremely helpful and went out of his way to provide recommendations regarding his favourite eateries.

A mate and I planned a last minute golf weekend to Bali and were looking for an upscale-ish villa with a pool, internet in a good location that wouldn't break the bank. The villa was crisp n clean and fitted out in contemporary Balinesian. The pool was simply fantastic and we found the 2 bedrooms very comfortable with spacious and functional en suite bathrooms. Wi-fi worked great as did everything in the villa for that matter. We ended up hiring the driver who did our airport drops as our driver for the 3 days. This took the hassle out of sourcing transport (Chris advised us in advance of this option) . Our booking process with the owner Chris was super smooth as he was very responsive and professional. I got in late (or early rather) and they had put some basics for my brekkie in the fridge was sure appreciated too! I'd recommend the villa, especially at this price point.

We stayed at Villa lamunan north for 4 nights in December 2012. The villa is very well maintained and is very suitable for families with young children as the living area can be enclosed. There are many restaurants (cafe jemme, sardines, metis, etc) within a 5 mins drive from the villa. We did managed to walk to Kudeta from the villa and the walk took us about 30mins. If u have any special requests, do speak to the owner, Chris as he is very accommodating. There were 6 of us, including an infant and toddler and Chris got us a rollaway bed. All of us enjoyed our stay at the villa tremendously.
On our last day, we made a request to view the 5 bedroom villa lamunan south through the villa manager. The driver dropped us at the new villa enroute to the airport for a quick tour. The new villa is simply gorgeous and we met Chris, who brought us on a quick tour of the villa. The location is perfect and the villa is tastefully decorated with huge bedrooms.
