MASSILIA - VILLA 1

Massilia Estate consists of 3 separate yet completely private Bali luxury villas. Villa 1 is the largest of the 3 villas offering 4 large bedrooms, whilst Villas 2 and 3 offer its guests spacious 3 bedroom accommodation. All of the villas come with their own private entrances and grounds, complete with a private swimming pool each. This impressive complex is conveniently situated within only a few minutes' walk from Seminyak beach and a selection of boutique shops, internationally acclaimed restaurants, cafes, bars and hotspots including Kudeta.

ACCOMMODATION

The superb accommodation in this spacious an...d well appointed 4 bedroom private Bali villa is well beyond the expectations of even the most discerning of guests. The facilities at the complex include fully air-conditioned bedrooms, all featuring TV, DVD players and private en-suite bathrooms.

The airy open-plan living and dining areas are centrally located and the kitchen comes fully equipped with the modern facilities and looks out onto the 13-metre private swimming pool and the relaxation pavilion.

This recently built holiday villa is fully staffed with a wonderful team that are more than happy to accommodate guests needs.

BEDROOMS

The comfortable sleeping accommodation is split into two separate areas within the villa. A double sized bedroom is located on either side of the roomy living pavilion and the additional two extra bedrooms are situated within the villas guest house. All bedrooms are decorated to enhance a wonderful sense of ambiance and unique artefact's and local handmade treasures complete the finishing touches of the stunning interiors.

Main house

Accommodation in Bali is presented at its best with the stylish interiors of the main pavilion. The two king size bedrooms are conveniently designed with a modern en-suite bathrooms, showers and bath-tubs. The living and dining areas are both open plan with views across to the private pool and tropical garden views.

Guest house

The guest house is located just to the side of the main pavilion, with two additional queen sized bedrooms located side-by-side in their own separate pavilion that overlooks the full length of the swimming pool.

Each of the bedrooms showcase a large comfortable canopied bed complimented with earthy decor tones and en-suite bathroom facilities.

LIVING, DINING AND KITCHEN

The main living and dining pavilion showcases a splendid thatched roof and is tastefully decorated with quality pieces of furnishings and artwork. This magnificent area has been carefully designed to bring both the social dining area and gourmet kitchen collectively together as one feature area. The semi-open space of this living and dining area captures both the natural daylight and generates optimum air circulation for complete guest comfort.

GARDEN AND POOL

Comfortable wooden sunbeds and a Javanese themed gazebo inspire the tranquility and serenity of the villas garden and pool area. With the generously sized 13 metre long swimming pool and manicured garden, the setting of this Bali luxury villa says it all. Guests find themselves emerged in the fabulous surroundings both day and night when the shopping, socialising and streets of Seminyak have been pleasantly accommodated.
