Full 3 bedroom house with large yard, dock and over 140ft of private beach!
Kid and Pet friendly!!
Midway between Watkins and Geneva (about 1/2 hour to either one) on the east side of Seneca Lake. Also close to the Finger Lakes National Forest and within walking distance of Lodi Point State Marine Park! Within 1 hour of Taughannock, Treman, Buttermilk and Watkins Glen State Parks!
Fully heated year-round house! Great for Fall and Winter vacations too!

My friends and I stayed here and had a wonderful getaway. The place is cozy and has everything you need. The view from the dock/beach is spectacular. It is not super fancy, so if you're high maintenance, this place isnt for you. But if you want to have a good time with friends,pets and children, without stress... You have found the right place. We didn't want to leave and can't wait to return again this year. The location is great for chilling on the lake, wine tasting, biking site seeing etc. Erica is a sweetheart, and so are her kids. Thank You for some amazing memories!!!

A beautiful spot to enjoy the lake and nature while still enjoying close proximity to the Finger Lakes wineries. Relatively little traffic makes it ideal for children and dogs.
