The Villa Aparna is a luxury villa for 8 guests with 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, a tropical garden of 2700sqm on a volcanic sand beach on the North side of Bali, close to Seririt and Lovina. The 2012 villa include all necessary equipments for dreamed vacations. The pool dimension is 18m x 6m. The garden comes with a relaxation bale and several pounds. the private beach is only 30m away from the villa.

The Villa is located in a private area with 4 other villas, 200 meters from the main road and right on the beach. Seririt is the closest town at 10mn by car. Singaraja, the capital of North Bali and second city of Bali is 40 mn away and Lovina is 20mn away. Transportation can be arranged with or without driver. Scooters can be rent as well as convertible vintage cars fro very low cost. Transportation from and to airport is included in the villa price (3 hours trip but worth it).

Price is inclusive of 4 guests. Any additional guest please add 60 € per person per week. The villa can accomodate up to 8 guests. For rental below 1 week, airport transfers cost will not be included in the price.
A down payment of 30% is requested upon booking by bank transfer. The balance is to be paid latest 30 days before the beginning of the rental period. A guarantee of 300€ is to be added to the payment, which will be refunded within 2 weeks after the end of the rental period.
All bank transfers and currency change costs are to be born by the guests with the exception of those related to the guarantee refunded.
Bookimg deposit will not be refunded if cancellation occurs less than 3 months from start of renting period. Balance payment will not be refunded if cancellation occurs less than 1 month from start of renting period.

Idyllic Villa aparna stay: luxe, calme et volupté !
Very attentive staff, always good spirits and good advice.
We have made the choice of eating Balinese, always varied menus, including a sublime « babi guling ». All eaten on the terrace close to the swimming pool, overlooking the beautiful garden and the sea on the horizon.
We particularly appreciate the snorkeling , golf and its surroundings, interesting points as hotsprings, waterfalls, panoramic views on volcanoes and rice terraces, balinese art museum, traditional theatre, crafts etc...
The driver attached to the villa leading us to all these places with comfort and security.
All perfectly organized by the villa manager.
Personally we will recommend this villa to all our friends -

Very nice villa far from the excitement and traffic jams of the South. There were six of us, and the staff managed to make us feel at home. We made nice visits around, and we enjoyed the beach or the swimming pool when we wanted to rest. It was our fist time in Bali, and we will probably come again. If so, we will rent again this villa.

We just come back from Bali with children and friends. we have fantastic stay in the Villa aparna. The villa is very spacious, comfortable, clean, well equipped (free wifi) built in Balinese style in front of urge swimming pool and garden, facing ocean! The staff was very friendly and discrete. We and our children enjoyed also all activities around the villa, snorkeling, dolphins, walking through rice paddies, all for very cheap prices. this is the Bali we love, close to nature with all facilities nearby. We will definitively come back!

I stayed at Villa aparna Bali for one week from 22nd Sept this year. We were two families with kids. This was one of the best vacations we ever had.
There are many wonderful things to see, not so far away from this Villa. The Git Git water fall, hot spring, Buddist temple, grape farms, Dolphin watch, yet this Villa right on the beach will always tempt you to stay back inside. The Villa has an irresistible private pool, a big and awesome garden, very spaceous rooms, staff showing high hospitality and personal care and very good food.
The kids have a lot of things of interest inside and outside. The freshness we felt every morning was just amazing! This is a place we want to go back again next year.
