77 Vertentes is a beautiful house located in a resort style condominium community close to Serre Negra, in the state of Sao Paulo. The location is only a couple hour drive from Sao Paulo, out in the gorgeous countryside. The house is overlooking a lake and right behind virgin Brazilian jungle. Within the community are numerous activities to keep you busy - 2 large pools and a children's pool, soccer field, lake for swimming, kayaking, bocce ball, 3 play grounds, lots of hiking trails, 4 tennis courts, basketball, squash court, gym, BBQ and pizza oven. This is the Paradise! Yes, this house means family, good vibrations, friendship all of this surronded by an amazing view and some amenities of the most charming condo I´ve have ever seen. All the time I spent there, was magic... This place is like a Resort, but better!
