Sleeping six people in three bedrooms, this quality bungalow in Horton-in-Ribblesdale offers wonderful views of Penyghent, in the heart of Three Peaks country. Hermosa is a welcoming detached bungalow in the popular village of Horton-in-Ribblesdale. The cottage has a double room, a twin with en-suite shower room, and a twin room. There is also a family bathroom. The kitchen has a dining area, while the sitting room has a cosy woodburner. Outside the cottage, along with the wonderful views, is off road parking and an enclosed garden with patio and lawn. Hermosa really is a wonderful family base for enjoying the Dales, or central point for wal...kers looking to tackle the Three Peaks challenge!

Shops in Settle 6 miles, pub 3 mins walk, train station 2 mins walk.

Town: The beautiful village of Horton-in-Ribblesdale is situated in the Yorkshire Dales National Park and is surrounded by spectacular countryside. It has two pubs and a village store providing amenities for visitors, and the lovely old church of St Oswald’s was established in the 12th Century and has records dating as far back as 1556. The village is a perfect location for walkers and the famous Three Peaks Walk, Pen-Y-Ghent, Whernside and Ingleborough offers some very challenging walks. Pot holers and rock climbers are also very well catered for, but if more gentle pursuits are the order of the day then a trip to nearby Settle to sample the tea-rooms and other shops should fit the bill. All prices are inclusive of the booking fee. The "Min. Per Night" prices quoted are based on the weekly rental price, they are not applicable for short breaks. See our short break policy or ask for further details.
Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday. "Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
