Welcome to our home! Our recently renovated, beautiful 3800 sq. ft oceanfront condo is on seven mile beach, as close as possible to the ocean. The condo sleeps up to eight people with four bedrooms and three and one-half baths. Each luxurious bedroom has a pillowtop king mattress and a flat-screen HD television with DVD player. For guests with small children, we have a crib, pack-n-play, and high chair. Other amenities include a large utility room with a double sink and drip-dry, plenty of beach towels, a movie/ game library, and free WiFi.

Central location, best part of Seven mile beach. The condo was impeccable. The maid service was thorough and friendly. We entertained 15 at the table one evening! The art on the walls, the magnificent kitchen, the lanai, the master bedroom, beach toys, swimming pool - everything was as good as it gets. I would highly recommend.

Four couples stayed in this absolutely amazing oceanfront condo on 7 Mile Beach for our second time. This is luxury living at its best with the most amazing view and your own private beach! Each bedroom has very comfortable king beds and flat screen Tv's. Two of the bedrooms share a large bathroom, with another half bath across the hall. The other two bedrooms have private bathrooms, with the master bath being extremely large. All bedrooms have plenty of closet and storage space to unpack and feel at home. Their is plenty of space for everyone to sit in the living room, at the large dining room table or on the huge screened in deck. The gourmet kitchen has every appliance you would need to cook any meal, and the frig/freezer is huge, allowing for plenty of storage for your favorite beverages. There is a large laundry room with washer and dryer. Daily (except Sun.) maid service is provided so everything stayed as meticulously clean as when we first arrived. The location of this condo on 7 Mile Beach is perfect for walking the beach but is very private for lounging on the beach. The view from the decks are spectacular for watching the waves roll in, the beach walkers go by, or watching the sun go down. The Cayman Club complex is located very close to restaurants, bars, shops and a liquor store. A quick bus ride takes you to and from the grocery store to stock up on what you need for the week. Liz, the manager of the complex, is amazing and will make sure everything is perfect for your stay. There are tennis courts on property, as well as a beautiful pool and hot tub area. If you dive be sure to book with Living the Dream Divers, for exceptional personal service with safety being their first priority. Liz's husband runs this company and they are top notch. We have traveled extensively and this condo is the most amazing place we have ever stayed. It is even better than the pictures. You will be so happy you chose to stay in this amazing condo!

Just stayed a month in this condo on Seven Mile Beach, and one of the best experiences we've had there. Condo was beautiful with top of the line everything, in a very good location. Close to restaurants, grocery and liquor store, water sports, and Camana Bay for shopping. Private pool, hot tub on premises, and grounds well maintained. The lady who takes care of the condo, Donna, is a lovely lady with lots of information on local activities, markets, etc. An overall excellent choice!

We had a wonderful time and really enjoyed our stay at Cayman Club #16. The pictures don't do the property and condo justice. It was much more beautiful and spacious than I expected. Everything is modern, new, and clean, clean, clean! When we travel with our children and grandchild it is hard to find a property where we can stay together and the adults have full size beds. Loved that all 4 bedrooms had king size beds and beautiful spacious bathrooms. Our family of 7 often sat on the screened in veranda overlooking the ocean and loved how much room we had and the oversized furniture. I also loved all the drawers, closets and hangers for our personal items. We were able to organize and store our personal items as if we were at home. Although we didn't cook much, the beautiful spacious kitchen had everthing you would possible need to prepare any type of meal. Of course the beach was beautiful and we liked the many resturaunts and activitivies available close by. Make sure you take the opportunity to dive or snorkle on the island. There are many options with and without guides. If taking a diving excurion make sure you contact Living the Dream Divers. My family dove the ship wreck with Living the Dream and loved the hospitality and safety provided. The staff on the property were great and availibe for any questions we had. Donna was a pleasant surprise. I thought the houskeeping service would be daily towels only, but Donna did so much more and was a pleasure to visit with. If we make it back to the Caymans we would not even consider staying anywhere but unit 16 at the Cayman Club.

We recently returned from a week in Grand Cayman. The condo was perfect for our family of five. The condo had everything one could need and is very spacious.
In addition, it is very beautifully decorated and extremely clean. We hope to make staying at Seven Mile beach a family tradition and would love staying at this home to be part of our family tradition as well. -

This place is absolutely gorgeous and has everything you could want for a home away from home. I loved the comfortable beds, upscale kitchen amenities not to mention the skype phone that was provided. Another nice thing is the housekeeper. She was there everyday!!! This place had 4 king size beds and ceiling fans as well which to me is important. I guess if I would add something it would be a ceiling fan in the den area and Tivo or DVR as some people know it. That would be the icing on the cake. I cant say enough about the place except to add that the owners always replied quickly to my emails. I will be sure to return to this place if I ever get another chance.

My family and I just returned from a wonderful week in Grand Cayman! We had never been to the island before and we were initially planning to stay at the Ritz Carlton based on recommendations from friends of ours. After further consideration, we decided it might be nice to have more space than a hotel room could offer. We decided to take a chance and we stayed at the Cayman Club #16 instead. It was 100% the right choice! The condo is amazing... beautifully decorated and outfitted with high end amenities. It's spacious and very comfortable with amazing views of the magnificent beach. The property was quiet and we were fortunate to have the beach to ourselves most of the time! I can't say enough about the accommodations and the perfect vacation we had on the island!

Thank you so much for renting us your beautiful condo! It is unbelievable stocked with everything we could ever need. Everything is top of the line and the condo is so huge! We absolutely loved it and it worked perfectly for our family!!! Our kids commented may times on how nice it was to have a private beach and they loved the pool, spa and even hit the tennis courts a few times. We had great snorkeling right off the beach and could walk to many great restaurants. The daily maid service was great and "Precious" was so friendly and unobtrusive. My husband and the boys went diving with Gary (Living the Dream) several days and commented on what a great experience they had. It was really nice having them right on the premises.The on-site manager Liz was very helpful and friendly. We used the Cayman Shoppers on your recommendation and it was so nice to have food and drinks at the condo with or late evening arrival. We had an amazing vacation and will definitely rent the condo next time were in the Caymans!!

Our family of 8 just returned from staying at The Cayman Club #16. Everything including the home, location on the beach, property amenities, and service exceeded our expectations. As others have noted, this is no ordinary rental home - you will truly feel 'at home' during your stay. Heather was great to work with and went above and beyond to ensure that everything went well. Thank you for sharing your home with us.
Our family travels frequently and overall, this was the best beach vacation experience we have had and we enjoyed everything about this property. In fact, we have already booked our return trip!

Three couples staying for one week and treated like royalty from 2/4/12 to 2/11/12. This condo has everything you could possible want or need to have a vacation like no other. I can't say enough about how well we were treated by all involved that help make our stay so perfect. This condo has four large bedrooms with enough baths that no one shared. There would have been more than enough room for a fourth couple to join us. If your looking at cost find some friends and share the cost. This place is huge. The screened in ocean front porch is so soothing to the soul. Sitting out every morning and evening watching the sun glow across the water right into our own little piece of heaven. We will be back.

My family (8 adults and 3 toddlers) spent an absolutely wonderful Thanksgiving week here. Everything was perfect. Heather has this place set up beautifully. Staying here is more like being a guest in someone's home than being in a rental condo. All of the bedrooms have king size beds and flat screen tv's. Fine quality linens and comfortable furniture are throughout the home. The kitchen is very well equipped with everything you could possibly ask for. There is even a dedicated knife drawer with fine quality knives. It is very well designed with a large built in refrigerator and full size freezer. The dining area is great! We were able to seat everyone (all 11 of us) comfortably at the table for our Thanksgiving dinner. The living area has lots of comfortable seating and a big screen tv. Wifi was easy to access and always had a strong signal. The screened in balcony overlooks the beach and was a perfect place for the babies to play in the morning while we sipped our coffee and enjoyed the relaxing sound of the waves. We had plenty of beach chairs and umbrellas for everyone and had the beach to ourselves almost every day. The water was crystal clear and calm with gentle waves. The pool was nice and clean and the grounds are all well kept. Check in was a breeze and everyone we encountered was very nice and helpful. Another nice feature of staying here, we were able to pre-arrange to have a crib, pack-n-play and a highchair to use during our stay. Camana Bay shopping was a short walk away. It's closer than it appears on Google maps! We took the kids there for the Christmas tree lighting event and enjoyed the shops, restaurants and the kid friendly fountains. We also spent an awesome day at Cayman Turtle Farm. I think the adults had just as much fun as the kids! The divers in our group all enjoyed the diving and Sting Ray City. Everyone in our group agrees that staying here at Cayman Club 16 was the best place we've ever stayed on a family vacation and we all hope to stay here again!

Four couples traveled to Cayman to celebrate our friends 60th birthday and we had an amazing time at this beautiful condo. The home was top notch in every way you could ask for, and the color and decor rivaled the beauty of the ocean & sunsets we marveled from the spacious screened-in balcony mornings & evenings! The location is perfect being in midst of Seven Mile Beach, yet very quite and peaceful. I would highly recommend this "slice of Heaven" to anyone looking for the perfect private rental. It's all too common for vacation marketing to lose touch with reality. But not in this case; if anything, the marketing understates the overall attractiveness of a stay at #16 Cayman Club.
This was a graduation gift to our children who each brought along with them a couple of friends. We deliberately picked Seven Mile Beach and quite close to Georgetown and the nightlife knowing that the kids would be busy after dark.
The location turned out to be fantastic and the Cayman Club complex an immaculately kept high end private property. As we drove in past the tennis courts and around to the parking spaces we were thinking "hmm, this looks pretty good based on first impressions; lovely grounds; elegant pool; and peacefulness.
When you go in through the front door of #16 you too will simply say "wow". It is an enormous condo on the second floor (of three) and directly overlooking the Caribbean from both verandas. The condo, and entire complex, looks brand new. Decorated, fitted out and furnished to a very high quality, we felt like we were guests in someone's very expensive home - which we were.
Our condo was home to the eight of use very comfortably for our six days on Grand Cayman and so roomy that privacy or down time was never an issue. We hardly saw anyone else from within the complex and certainly were never inconvenienced at any time.
This is not the cheapest way to stay on Grand Cayman but overall is excellent value for the investment.

We stayed for 8 days with three sons, and my in-laws (total of 7 of us). From the moment we arrived and were greeted by Elizabeth we felt we were at home. The location in the heart of 7 mile beach is ideal. The soft white sand is so inviting in contrast with the clear blue water! Our favorite part of the unit was the screen porch overlooking the beach. What a wonderful spot for evening sunsets, pre-dinner drinks, or a late afternoon nap! The condo is impeccably clean and the daily maid service was a plus with three young boys. The manager, Elizabeth is so gracious and helpful. She not only manages the unit, but owns a scuba diving company with her husband and we dove with them on multiple occasions. Whenever we needed guidance or had a question she had the answers we were looking for. We would recommend this unit for anyone looking for superb accommodations in the middle of paradise. In fact, we have friends that are booking their stay there now. The price is comparable with the Ritz but with more privacy. The Ritz beach was always packed, but our own private beach was nearly deserted every day. We will be back!

Exceptionally well out fitted with lots of tasteful personal touches.Worked exceptionally well for our family of eight ,lots of privacy and super living room, balcony and dining room (all big enough to gather).Owner and propeerty manager were exceptionally helpful.

Our entire family - myself, wife, 3 children, sister-in-law and mother-in law spent 3 glorious weeks in this unbelievable beautiful 4 bedroom condo in the middle of 7 mile beach. The view of the ocean from the screened-in porch was breathtaking and the sunsets were fabulous. Listening to the waves on the sandy beach just 50 feet away was the most relaxing thing I've done in years. The condo is professionally decorated with every possible amentity. Watching movies on the big screen tv in the living room was a real treat - better than going to a movie theatre. We will definitely come back next year.

We spent almost a week in this Cayman Club condo. Immaculately maintained, spacious and serene, with wonderful furnishings. Gourmet kitchen is well equipped. Flat screen televisions, sound system, wireless internet connection. Large screened-in balcony overlooks Seven Mile Beach. The Cayman Club offers tennis courts, and a quiet pool for relaxing. Immaculate grounds. Great location with lots of nearby restaurants. We are definitely planning a return visit!
