Location

The fact the Ritz Carlton and the Westin Casuarina have built on either side of us evidences the prime location of our condominium, and offers you all the amenities of a first class full service hotel chain, without having to stay there! Our beach is clean, quiet and private, but just next door you can find people, pools, bars and restaurants, shops, and all the beach toys you can play with.

The Condominium

This third story, 2 bedroom, 2 bath condominium offers a brand new full kitchen, private balcony, vaulted ceilings, broadband internet, and all the amenities you would expect to find in a first class hotel, yet with the comfort of a home. The master suite upstairs offers a king size bed, its own bath and walk in closet, TV, stereo and tropical furnishings. The downstairs bedroom offers a queen bed, TV and plenty of closet space and furnishings.

Our unit has just been completely renovated and offers classic, Caribbean furnishings that are elegant yet fun and comfortable. We personally outfitted our unit for our own use, and no expense was spared in making it the perfect tropical retreat.

The Complex

The Villas of the Galleon Complex is one of favorites of those who know the islands. Prime location, great beach, and many nearby amenities, it has recently undergone a total renovation and is a truly delightful place to spend your days.

An onsite management company provides hotel like amenities such as daily maid service, towel and beach chair service, and will attend to any needs you may have during your stay. All the comforts of a hotel stay, with the autonomy of having your own condo.

Amenities

We are walking distance to many great restaurants, shops, bars, tours, grocery, hotels and much more. There is terrific swimming, snorkeling, and diving right off our beach.

Additional Location Information

Located in the Villas of the Galleon Complex - Central Seven Mile Beach, directly between the Ritz Carlton and the Westin Causarina. We are halfway between Georgetown and West End. Walking distance to Foster's Grocery Store, the Cost-U-Less (Cayman Costco), a half dozen of the top restaurants on the island and dozens of great places to eat, bars, liquor/convenience stores, shopping, dive shops , and much more.

The Villas are fortunate to have been built on a very large parcel, and so we have a very large, wide beach with plenty of room to spread out and relax. While other resorts pack their guests in like valet parking, here you can relax with room to space and peace and quiet.

And when you are ready for some "action", the two finest hotels on the island are located on wither side of us, so restaurants, bars, pools, people watching, watersports, scuba diving, car rentals and so many more amenities are just a few hundred steps in either direction up the beach.

Beach Alert! Please be aware, not all the beaches in Cayman, or even on 7 Mile Beach are always wonderful. Depending on the last storm, the beaches can grow or shrink as sand is deposited and removed. In many areas, when the sand is removed, you are left with ugly rock/coral outcroppings that aren't fun to walk or lie on. Our location however, has no coral, and is always sandy! It's truly the prime location.

Thanksgiving Week - $4000 per week
Christmas & New Years Weeks - $5,500 per week, 7 night minimum
We pay all fees and complex expenses, but all bookings are subject to the Cayman Government Hotel Tax of 10%.
