We are located on a quiet stretch of 7 Mile Beach with 400 feet of soft, beautiful sand. The best part about our beach is the large Casuarina shade trees and tiki huts that give you the option of sun or shade while enjoying the beach and sea. We are located just 15 minutes from the airport on Grand Cayman and about 3 miles from the center of George Town, the capital. Take a taxi or rent a car. As you leave the airport, you will see signs to 7 Mile Beach. Just follow the signs and you will discover Harbour Heights on the left side of the road. We are close to a major grocery store, duty-free shopping, restaurants and water sports.
We are right ON THE BEACH!

The Cayman Islands are just 500 miles due south of Miami, Florida. There are numerous airlines which fly to Cayman: American, Delta, Cayman Airways, Northwest, US Air.
Traveling to Grand Cayman Island for a vacation is easy! There are connections from anywhere in the USA. Non-stop flights departing New York, Charlotte, Atlanta, and Miami will get you to Harbour Heights and Seven Mile Beach by early afternoon!

The 3 large bedrooms, 2 with attached baths with the 3rd using the main bath, provide ample space and privacy for all.
The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and utensils. Also provided were a coffee maker and toaster. WiFi was available as was a phone for local calls. The living and dining rooms were spacious and had plenty of room for our party of 4.
The unit is on the ground floor with quick access to the pool and the beach. A definite plus for our group. The unit was cleaned daily, except Sundays. The unit was clean although the daily cleaning lacked in certain areas such as sweeping the floors. Not a big issue though. Beds were made up daily and fresh towels provided which was appreciated.
The condo is located within an easy walk of the busier area near the Westin but seems miles away from the crowds. The beach out front was sandy with plenty of shade if desired. There are restaurants within walking distance. Dukes is right across the street with Calico Jacks and Surfside an easy walk down the beach. Fosters grocery store was a quick bus/taxi ride away or approximately a 15-20 minute walk. You could walk down the beach then cab it back with your groceries quite easily.
If you're looking for a quieter place to stay while still being close to amenties, Harbour Heights is the place to be. -

My wife and 3 grown kids had a fantastic week in a comfortable, spacious condo right on the beach. Quiet spot adjacent to public beach and an easy walk to the more populated Westin and Ritz sections. We walked all of Seven Mile Beach and were convinced we were in a prime location. Would definitely go back to Harbour Heights.

We stayed at Harbor Heights for a week in July 2012. The unit was great! It was very comfortable for my husband and I and three children. The beach is so beautiful and peaceful. We snorkled from the beach everyday. We saw many colorful fish along with an extremely large lobster! The pool was the perfect temperature. This is a quiet part of the the town with lots of wonderful restaurants in the area. It is probably best to have a car while you are here to make it easier to get around. We can't wait to go back!!!

After researching hotel options (which were very expensive) for our group of six, we started looking at condos. I found a listing on FlipKey and contacted the owner of the unit at Harbour Heights who worked with Missy (the manager) to arrange our visit. Harbour Heights itself is located on the north side of Seven Mile Beach; it's about a two minute drive or ten minute walk to the center of SMB where most of the restaurants and shops are.
We stayed in two units during our stay - a two bedroom and a three bedroom. Both units were very nice and felt like home; they showed some signs of age but this is common for any hotel/condo in the Caribbean unless you are staying at a five-star resort . The grounds were very well kept up and the beach was awesome. The staff we interacted with during our stay were all very friendly and accommodating. If you are visiting Grand Cayman and looking for a reasonably priced condo that delivers a great overall experience I recommend Harbour Heights.

We had a wonderfultime at Harbor Heights. My son is in school on the island and he stayed with my husband and I. We had a great condo right on the ocean front. It was quite and snorkeling was great. The condo was keep very clean and we loved the staff. We will stay there again.

My husband and I shared a 3 bedroom condo with my daughter,her husband, their 16 year old daughter and daughter's friend also 16. The accomodations were excellent as each bedroom had its own bathroom, there were also plenty of towels for our use. It was a very short walk to the beach which we had to ourselves every day.
The outside area was well maintained and clean. Each condo had a designated parking space which made it very convenient. We all had a great time and would recommend the Cayman Islands for vacations and honeymoons. -

My wife and I have traveled the Caribbean extensively. Our guests during this trip had their honeymoon in Cayman thirty years ago and have spent every year since on a Caribbean or Mexico resort. The four of us are in complete agreement that you can find "as nice”, but "nothing better” than these accommodations. The condo is just immaculate (beds are comfortable), the fresh water pool is expansive and well maintained. The grounds are beautiful and...the private beach just might be the very best!! Crystal clear water and white sand with onsite security patrolling the area. Finally, the manager Missy Bowden and her husband will do everything possible to accommodate your needs while you're visiting. The four of us intend to rent the property for a month and bring extended family to this jewel!!

My husband and I celebrated our 30th anniversary in Grand Cayman with our best friends. Everything was perfect! The spacious condo with it's prime location, lush tropical landscaping, nice swimming pool, and an amazing beach right outside your door, just can't be beat. My husband and I have traveled to many Caribbean islands and Cayman is the best. The lovely condo, fantastic beach, gourmet restaurants, superb snorkeling, and excellent shopping, are a winning combination! We hope to return with our family next year and will definitely stay in this condo again.

Harbor Heights was a perfect location on 7 mile beach. away from the busy hotels, yet you can walk and see them. the beach and water was perfect. it is next to the public beach. this did not present any problem. it was never crowded. one cruise boat brings their people to the public beach but that did not interfere with Harbor heights beach. they kept on the public beach. Hotel beaches were packed 10 deep with chairs, towels, and people. they looked like high end bus stations. Hh has a nice pool and game room. the condo owners were very friendly and laid back. front desk was helpful. the condos are older. small kitchen, 8 foot ceilings, nice size bedrooms, dated-- not a fancy Hyatt place-- however this makes for the most reasonable place to stay on 7 mile beach. I am a travel agent and our group of doctors thought this was a "10" for getting your money's worth: clean, friendly and great value and location.

Our 22nd anniversary is in 1 week and we were just reflecting back to our anniversarty in the Cayman's. It was perfect, and the condo's location made it perfect! Both the grounds and the private beach were grooomed to perfection daily. The daily maid service was outstanding as well. Very friendly staff and very accomodating to our questions and request. We look forward to returning soon!

Located right on Seven Mile Beach but a refreshing change from the hustle of the big hotels. Great snorkeling right off of the beach in front of the condo. Easy access to the Turtle Farm, Yacht club, golf, restaurants and shopping. First floor, roomy condo with a fully equipped kitchen and a full size refrigerator. It has a beautiful view of the ocean. The complex is very quiet and relaxing. They have a private beach, swimming pool and game room with a small library. The condo has cable TV and a DVR player. The beds are comfortable and rooms are beautifully decorated. Easy parking just a few steps away from the front door. Missy, the manager, does everything she can to make your stay more enjoyable.
