We just got back from a week at this condo and both my husband and I thought it was one of our best vacations ever. It was our first trip to the Grand Cayman and we took our two sons (4 and 2). The property owner provided very helpful information before our trip. Upon arrival, the property manager and her staffer greeted us warmly (and had gone out of their way to work with my husband to surprise me with birthday flowers and a cake in the unit!). The condo was very clean but we were grateful for the daily cleaning service as well. It is easy to use the laundry facilities too. The unit appears as pictured - it was our first trip to the island and we were glad to be in this area. It's close to activities but the beach is still very private. We enjoyed the beach and it was easy with the chairs and towels all provided. The pool is also great. Although we enjoyed all our time at the condo, we were glad to have rented a car to explore restaurants and make trips to the grocery store just down the road. While the unit has a garden view, we were glad to have the privacy and still be just steps to the pool and beach. We want to go back and the only disappointment was packing our bags to come home. This is a terrific place to stay - for families with young children, there are toys to be shared down by the pool and the owner has lots of books and games as well. At the same time, it would also be a great place for a romantic trip - so close to the beach and a terrific place to watch the sunset.

London, ONWonderful return to Condo in Grand Cayman

My spouse and I travelled with friends to this condo in Grand Cayman on & mile Beach for about the tenth time. The condo has recently updated the grounds with pool improvements and exterior updates. The Unit ( Unit One) that we had had also been updated by the individual owners and had remodelled the kitchen and both bathrooms and had done a very impressive job.
The staff are friendly, helpful and welcoming. The beach is well maintained and very important has adequate sun protection thatched units for those wanting to limit their direct sun exposure. Wonderful snorkeling activities are just a hundred yards offshore and scuba diving is also nearby.
One minor point is that the condo is located almost at the northern limit of 7 mile beach so it's a bit of a ride to many activities further south along the strip. However, it's a given pretty much that a trip to Cayman necessitates a car rental to get around so it is not really a problem. -

Considered staying in the Mariott, but decided to pay a little extra and stay in the condo since my wife & I were vacationing with my daughter and her husband (separate bedrooms worked out great). The unit was beautiful, with tasteful beach decor throughout The beach was right around the corner of the building, which gave us a little privacy. The pool was great, with lighting at night that continually changed colors, and a wading pool with a fountain. There was a large grass-roofed gazebo with a table and chairs, plus rope lighting, that made for a great evening dinner spot. And there were little grass-roofed shelters on the beach to provide respite from the sun, including one with a hammock and two with wooden adult swings. Although we explored the entire island of Grand Cayman, the best beach we experienced was within walking distance of our unit (Cemetery Beach). Here the swimming and snorkeling was outstanding! In fact, the snorkeling off of the beach at the condominium was also extremely good, but we needed to get a little ways offshore to see the really nice coral formations. There's a red buoy out there that marks the really nice snorkeling area. The beautiful condo unit, the primo beach location, the service provided by the management, and the helpful information and tips provided by the owner made this by far the best vacation experience my family and I have ever experienced. On a scale of 1-10, I'd give this a rating of 20!!!

This is my 7 stay in this condo. Condo is homeland has tthe feel of the carribean. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes,cookware and appliance. Thanks for the coffee and tea awaiting me. Grocery store is in walking distance to stock on food and good variety of restaurants. The beach is great , great snorkeling right off the beach front but also just sandy bottom for just swimming. Melinda has been great in recommending places to go and things to do. This time I went to Pampered Ponies for horseback riding on the beach at sunset fabulous experience. I like the garden apartment I'm that enjoy having some private time after a day of sun so I get the nest of both. Beach and pool steps away but privacy on my patio when I want it.
Front office staff is very helpful. New pool and deck is beautiful
