This is a nice large 3 bedroom, 2 bath condo right on the ocean on the famous Seven Mile Beach. Listen to the waves roll in as you enjoy your morning coffee in the breakfast nook. Or, watch the beautiful sunsets while relaxing on our huge 400 square foot patio. This is an end unit, so we have extra windows facing North, so many more views up and down the beach and ocean. The total size is 1600 square feet.
To me, the best thing is the great views. There are large sliding glass doors in both the master bedroom and living room which allow wonderful views of the ocean, sunsets, and palm trees from almost anywhere in the condo.

We are located on the South end of Seven Mile Beach. The unit is right on the ocean. There is a sandy cove for swimming, and great snorkeling beyond and around that. There are many shops and restaurants within a 6 or 8 block radius. We are maybe 10 minutes from the airport, and do include a parking pass if you decide to have a rental car.

We rented this condo and were thrilled with everything about it. Location was perfect. We did a lot of walking and it was central to a lot of things. The swim up pool/ bar area was exceptional. Great service and food! The ocean front was great for snorkeling.
Loved watching the cruise ships come in daily. Great sunsets in the evening and great weather! -

We just returned from a stay in this condo and couldn't have asked for a better place from which to enjoy Grand Cayman. We opened the huge patio doors in the mornings and enjoyed the perfect ocean breeze with breakfast. Days were spent exploring all the watersports and nature the island has to offer. In the evening we discovered why the strata is called Sunset Cove, this unit is perfectly situated to enjoy stunning sunsets over the ocean, if you're lucky you might even catch a pirate ship in front of the setting sun! Every night brought forth a different yet amazing sunset, truly fitting to it's name.
The unit has everything you could need, from cooking equipment and supplies to laundry facilities to beach towels and day bags. We had several adults in our group and there was plenty of room. Plenty of room to sit on the couch or one of many chairs in and around the condo. Or, head out to the patio where there was more than enough room to spread out on the lounge chairs or sit around the large table. The condo is only a short walk from a nice coffee shop, liquor store, and quite a selection of restaurants. There were many convenient options for everyone.
All of us made visits to the Camana Bay development. There are many shops, places to get ice cream, or grab a quiet outdoor dinner with fantastic food. The observation tower was spectacular!!
A few of us went on a few scuba dives with Don Foster's Dive shop, just south of George Town. They were amazing to work with, we highly recommend them to anyone. The entire group did a few touristy trap type things like Stingray City (this is a must see!) and a few snorkel sites which was amazing. We did it right by doing it later in the day when the cruise ships were getting ready to head out...
Ken was a wonderful host and made us feel welcome and secure, his condo was very nice and you truly can't beat the location. A truly amazing stay was had in the Caymans, Thank you Ken for a brief slice of paradise.

Cayman and the sunset cove condos are a perfect place to escape cold winter weather.Beautiful, relaxing days by the beach with water activities to balance out the days! The snorkeling is amazing, and everything you need is close by.

First Visit to Grand Cayman

The location of this condo is ideal being in the middle of Seven Mile Beach on Grand Cayman. Check-in was very easy and everything we could imagine was provided with the condo. This was by far the best value and the most amenities we have found in vacation rentals in the past several years.
It is on the beach and on the top floor giving it a patio open to the sun and stars. The area has many shops, restaurants and a grocery store within short walking distance. The beach has an enclosed cove making it perfect for families with children, grandparents and/or anyone who wants to swim with out the larger waves. The water is warm through November, but there is also a very nice pool with a wading pool for little ones, and a lazy river and bar/restaurant for big kids and grown ups. The photos are exactly as advertised condo/apartment.
The only reasons I might did not give 5 stars would be that we thought there would be a high chair or booster seat, but there was not one. Also it is not a luxury rental, yet very nice. Due to the 3 flights of stairs and no elevator, I would not recommend this for older travelers, unless you are someone who likes stairs for the exercise. Still that is probably being too picky. It was a fabulous vacation spot!
