This luxurious ocean view condominium allows you to experience life as an owner on the most coveted part of world famous Seven Mile Beach in Grand Cayman. Our second story condo at the top rated Christopher Columbus Condominiums is right on the beach. The Christopher Columbus is blessed with one of the longest stretches of beach on Seven Mile, and is out of the hustle and bustle around the high-rise complexes a few miles down the beach. Relax in the new island styled cabana which adjoins the adult pool and our pool for toddlers which are all separated from the condominiums by a gracious stretch of immaculately maintained grass and landscaping....

Ideally suited to a maximum occupancy of six, the unit has two baths and an “office” area with desk and an HP eprinter. Wi-Fi is supplied throughout the condominium and grounds. The kitchen comes fully equipped with beautiful granite counters and stainless steel appliances. Both the Master bedroom and second bedroom feature king-sized beds. The Master bed is a beautiful mahogany plantation style bed. The “swing room” has two Seabrook Carolina Classic Palmetto twin beds. In addition to a modern air-conditioning system, all bedrooms and the living area feature island style ceiling fans. Windows and doors have large blade plantation shutters

This condo has been in our family for several decades, and we have enjoyed precious visits there with all of our children. We have recently updated the master bath with a huge, glass-enclosed shower that is three by five feet in size, and granite counters were installed in the second bath and kitchen. Unlike most other condos on island, our overall décor is as authentic to the island as possible, with two beautiful oils by local artist Joanne Sibley and two by Charles Long. Additionally, there are several original watercolors of Cayman island scenes. The furniture and color palette of the rooms accentuates the island orientation. In addition to a modern air-conditioning system, all bedrooms and the living area feature island style ceiling fans. Windows and doors have large-blade plantation shutters in keeping with the island theme.

Spend your days bashing in the sun, under the shade of one of our thatched cabanas or palm trees, or strolling along an endless ribbon of powder soft white sand. Never feel crowded or rushed on our broad expanse of beachfront. Snorkel right off the beach. Cayman has some of the clearest snorkeling and diving opportunities in the world. Our children love to start at the Christopher Columbus and swim to Cemetery Reef, less than 600 yards up the beach.

Additional Location Information

The Condo is ideally located on one of the most secluded sections of world famous Seven Mile Beach, approximately two miles from the hustle and bustle down at the Ritz and the island village of West Bay. Restaurants are sprinkled up and down West Bay Road. There are two grocery stores serving this zone, one as you enter West Bay and one at the Strand down near the Ritz. The main aspect of the condo's location is that it is on the best section of beach on the island. Pristine, white sand and few people.
