Great location. Condos were being renovated during our stay (new windows and doors being installed). They offer all the comforts of home and are ideally situated in a quite stretch on 7 mile beach.

We could have not been more pleased the the avalon and unit 7. Location on 7 mile beach was perfect; the unit itself was perfect and the views outstanding. This was our 4 trip to Grand Cayman and first stay at the avalon. The avalon will be our home in Grand Cayman from here on.

We had a wonderful time and the condo location was the best! We really liked the condo. The only negative thing I could say was the couches were not very comfortable.

We thoroughly enjoyed our week at the Avalon. However your request to us was for unit 7, we did
not stay in unit 7, we had unit 9. If we would have been in unit 7 as in the past our review would have been less favorable. The remodel in
unit 9 is absolutely wonderful. And of course
the staff and management were the best as always.
Will be back next year and have requested unit 9.

We always love to stay at the Avalon due to its beautiful view of the ocean and seven mile beach. Its got everything anyone could ask for in a condo rental which makes staying here at this property so desireable. It is situated close to grocery stores and shopping. I love Cayman Islands but Avalon makes me want to come back time and time again. The staff at the Avalon make you feel safe and comfortable and are always available for anything needed during the stay. I have stayed in many of the different condos at the Avalon and I love them all. They each have something different to offer. I highly recommend the Avalon for consideration when chosing a condo for a stay in beautiful Cayman Islands.
