Unit #10 second floor, end unit, south block. 3 bedroom, 3 bath, screened porch overlooking the ocean. Master bedroom - king size, 2nd bedroom - king size, 3rd bedroom - 2 twins. 4 LCD t.v's 1 vcr, 4 dvd's stereo system, free high speed wireless internet and ahost of other amenities.

The avalon was the perfect spot for our family. The unit was perfect and the location was literally right on the beach. If you need a spa the Westin Hibiscus Spa is about a 1/4 mile walk down the beach, not bad at all. The pictures do not lie! The front office staff was very helpful and check in/check out was a breeze. The only negative was that we couldn't stay longer :) The screened in porch was absolutely lovely. There were no bugs. We will definitely be back. We recommend having a rental car as it makes grocery shopping a lot easier. Fosters Food Fair is only a 3-4 minute drive away.

Everything was perfect. The unit was beautiful. The beach was perfect with lots of shade. You never felt crowded. The beds were extremely comfortable. TheaC worked perfectly. My grandchildren loved the beach and the pool. The staff couldn't have been more friendly. I would never go any place else in the Cayman Islands.

Avalon has a prime location on 7 mile beach. The section of beach is not crowded and has easy entry to the water. The casuary trees offer reliable shade for us. The condo is clean, well furnished. Staff always freindly and accomodating. It has all amenities that one would want; pool, hot tub, tennis, workout room, barbeque, well stocked kitchen, in room laundry. We especially enjoy the screened in porch. This was our fifth year at Avalon of about 15 yearly visits to 7 mile beach.
Biggest problem is control of the AC
