Grandview offers spectacular views from its expansive beach. Located on the southern end of Seven Mile Beach, the resort is a few minutes from George Town and near to a supermarket, many restaurants and water-sports activities. This area of Seven Mile Beach offers the best of both worlds. It has a beautiful sandy beach with sand underfoot leading into the water and it also has some rock to the side at the water’s edge offering excellent snorkeling. Enjoy swimming in the warm Caribbean Sea or walking beach in the sunshine. My friends and I had a wonderful time staying at Grandview #1212. The place was spacious, clean and perfectly located right on the beach with all the amenities you could want. The staff at Cayman Villas were great - very helpful and gracious. We even got to help release newly hatched baby turtles one night on the beach. It was nice that we were an end unit, which made for a quiet secluded spot. After a day exploring the island, swimming with dolphins or sting ray we would soak in the hot tub over looking the ocean each night. It was a fantastic experience!

We arrived on a Saturday evening so all we had to do was pick up the keys from the avis office and then walked right in the door to our condo to a very clean and spacious place to call home for a week. Although there were many condos at the complex, we never felt like anybody else was there. We felt as if the whole place was ours. When we were at the pool there were never more than 4 or 5 others and the same with the beach. We loved being able to walk out our back patio and be right on the beach. The location was also perfect. It was within walking distance to lots of places to eat and shop. Georgetown is also within walking distance. We had little interaction with the staff, but the times we did they were all very accomodating. I would definitely recommend unit 1212. It was spectacular and it felt like home for a week. We miss the awesome view!

We arrived on a Sunday the rental office was closed Monday was one of many local holidays closed again. We sent repeated emails no response. The unit was lovely our problem was the telephone and internet. The phone required a code to reach the manager which we did not have and the internet service went down several times an hour. This resulted in our being forced to spend hundreds of dollars on telephone calls (for 1.99 USD per minute) on Wednesday the day before we were leaving the property manager appeared. He was lovely and charming but he was unable to fix the problem or offer us compensation for the lack of internet which we needed to stay in touch with our office and children back home) the location is fine the unit is on the end which was lovely and spacious. We felt that at $535 USD per night our issue should have been promptly addressed
