Situated at the southern end of the famous Seven Mile Beach, this ideally located resort is within easy walking distance of shopping, many restaurants and bars. This resort boasts the largest swimming pool on Seven Mile Beach which also has a swim up snack and cocktail bar.
There are two adult pools, children’s wading pool, hot tub, restaurant and gym on the premises and availability of a tennis court next door. We are frequent visitors to this condo development because of it's great family qualities,it has everything! A kiddie pool, pool bar, ocean front and now ocean front snorkling. Everthing was top notch except with some issue's I talked to the owner about. Maid service was almost non existent but that was because of a holiday period. Also the pool had many people from the front residential area in it which is fine except some of the children were unsupervised and we felt responsible for them.

Our family, 5 adults, rented this fabulous condo while down for a wedding. We found it was even nicer than the pictures showed. With 3 bedrooms, we all had our own beds and lots of space. Very clean and fully equipped. The wi-fi was greatly appreciated since the roaming and data charges are extreme when travelling. You couldn't have asked for a better condo location, right on the beach and no stairs to climb. We loved waking up and stepping out the patio doors to sit on the patio to have our morning coffee. The sound of the waves and the gentle breeze were so relaxing. The owner called to see if everything was OK, a very nice man and very accommodating. The younger adults enjoyed the pool and hot tub, as well as made much use of Billy Bones. Staff were friendly and helpful. The taxis/cab vans were always around the hotel. The taxi rate seemed to vary from $3-4 CI per person or one group amount (depends on number of people going), depending on the driver and which makes them more money. Us money is accepted though the exchange got confusing. Example - $4 CI is $6 us, $100 CI is $80 us. Buying groceries can be expensive but lots of restaurants and pizza places nearby. We ate at Billy Bones and found the food and prices very good. We visited Stingray sandbar and Rum Point and loved all of it. Wish we had more time to stay and see other sites while down there but we have lots of great pictures and memories. We plan on returning in the future and hope to rent this condo again.

To be fair, we prefer staying at other end of Seven Mile Beach; so, Sunset Cove has a strike against it for that simple reason. This is a spacious, well laid-out unit, a plus. Swimming right out front is problematic, but the adjacent hotel's sandy entrance to the water helps. The unit is not easy to access, parking is quite far away relative to other condos we have rented in the area. Last, but not least, and not in control of owner or manager, it was very buggy; so, as delightful as it seems to sit out on veranda watching the sunset, some of us paid dearly with resulting insect bites.

This was our fourth time in Sunset Cove #104 formerly Treasure Island. We are very comfortable there and love the amenities. The location is perfect for us , very quite and convenient to everything. The owner is lovely and very helpful. We will definitely return again.
