      Awesome Visit

      From start to finish, this visit was awesome. When I called to make reservations, I was connected with Hannah and spoke with her on several occasions. She was very helpful and informative with all my questions. When arriving at the office, I was greeted by wonderful staff that made the check-in very comfortable and easy. We arrived at the cabin and were very pleased with it. It had just the right amount of space, felt as if I was at home. The fireplace was a very nice touch to the cool nights along with the outside fire pit. If I had to pick one negative thing was the location of the hot tub, was kinda cramped but didn't stop us from enjoying it lol. Will definitely come back for future visits.

      Everyone at Eden Crest were Great! Our cabin was totally awesome! One suggestion is that if someone arrives early at least let them use the pool facilities while waiting for their cabin, it's nice and hot in Pigeon Forge!

      Service from the reservation to check in was quick and easy for us. We arrived a little early, but they called as soon as the cabin was ready. Everyone we spoke with was kind and helpful. The cabin was just as described and very well decorated, but most of all clean and comfortable. Location was close to everything but far enough away to avoid the traffic and noise. We loved our stay...just one thing with about Time cabin...deck is small and we found we could have used more seating, as we spent a lot of time out on the deck. Would suggest Eden Crest to anyone wanting to stay in a nice, clean, accomadating business. Will certainly stay with Eden Crest again.

      Staff was the best. Didn't have a grill and they took care of the problem. Cabin was very clean. We expected wifi, but it was only the dial up service. Only complaint were the wood roaches, lots of them. I guess we came the the wrong time of year. Otherwise, the cabin was perfect as well as the staff. I can't compliment the staff enough. They even kept our wedding cake at the office while we wainted on our cabin to be ready.

      We had no air upstairs. A leak thru the kitchen ceiling from upstairs shower. Could not use for three days. Living room TV did not work for two days.Had four maintenance men in and out FOT three days. Was not happy!!!

      I have no idea why you would not have had air upstairs. We certainly have the resources to deal with this kind of issue and you do not state if we were notified or not. The leak from the shower upstairs could not be duplicated and we have found that most of the time it is because a shower curtain was not held inside and water leaks through the floor. I am wondering if this is what happened in this situation. I also do not understand why you could not use the shower for 3 days as it was not leaking when we followed up on this complaint. I apologize for the TV issue. It is very unusual to have a TV issue that we cannot fix unless it is related to the provider in which case we have no control over the problem. I apologize and hope you will give us another chance to serve your vacation needs in the future.

      I traveled with my husband, four kids, mother in law and grandparents. The house was very roomy. Very clean. It had all the pots and pans and accessories we needed. Internet didn't work for us, but later realized we had to ask for a code or something when we checked in. But that was fine, only made us relax more. The only thing that bothered me was the tv in the living area was broken on the bottom and the tvs overall were hard to turn on. We could still watch tv, but my husband or I had to go turn everyone elses on for them. But for the price we paid, I would have expected better tvs. Overall, I loved it! Check in was very helpful and fast. Cabin was very well decorated and even though we were close to neighbors, we didn't feel as if our privacy was invaded. Beds were very comfortable, have never slept well away from home but we did this time. The game room occupied the kids for hours and was fun for us adults as well. We will return in a few months.

      We stayed at this cabin for 5 nights. What a great time we had. The fire pit was a nice addition to this cabin. The only issue we had was the bunk room only had a dvd player and no cable box. The decor is old and outdated. Several christmas trees remained and were only half decorated in March???. Other than that the beds were comfy and the cabin had all the cooking utensils you could want or need.

      About Time is a great place for a family vacation. The Eden crest staff was very professional and helpful. The accommodations at about Time were clean and well equipment with all the comforts of home. The photos provided for the cabin are true to life "you will not be disappointed when you get there?. It is a great place to stay and my family and I are actually planning to use about Time again during summer!

      The check-in was great..it was good to see christian pictures and bible verses on the wall.Our fireplace did not work one morning and they sent someone immediatley and had it fixed and the gentleman was very nice. It was nice and clean and just perfect! Would stay there again and reccomend it to friends!

      Well, what can I say, Eden Crest has only the best places to stay..pure quality cabins with every thing you need to make your stay as comfortable as home. My husband and I had been taking care of his father who had alzhimers for over a year. He past away about 5 weeks ago. We had put our lives on hold to care for him and had not been able to spend quality time with our children and grandchildren. We have used Eden Crest before so I knew they would have a home to where there was something for everyone..from the firepit, which my grandson loved, to the comfortable matresses that we loved and as my 2 year old granddaughter said, the hot pool was so fun. Anyway, everything was great, memories were made and we would definately consider this beautiful home again.

      Cabin was great, however, the green blanket in the bunk room had a half eaten marshmallow attached to it and it was hard to sleep for the sound of scurrying mouse feet on the hard wood floors.

      Everything was great, office staff was more than Helpfull in every way. They got a rocker for my 83 YR old dad so he could sit on the porch and rock (that meant everything to me) the cabin was beautiful, but the lot was what I loved most! Would love to live there, would love to buy the cabin!.

      This is the third time my family has booked a cabin with Eden Crest. The experience has always been amazing and we recommend them to everyone. No matter which of their properties you chose to stay at, you will not be disappointed. The cabins are clean, equipped with many amenities, beautifully decorated, close to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg attreactions and yet far enough away to have peace and relaxation. I cannot say enough good things about Eden Crest.

      The last cabin we rented was "About Time". I was here with my husband, children, parents and brother. The eight of us had more the enough room. The game room allowed several of us to be together at one time and the kitchen and dining room allowed us to eat together. There were plenty of bathrooms to let several of us get ready at the same time and the beds were very comfortable. None of the rooms were small. This is a cabin I would recommend to anyone with a big family.

      First of all, our trip would not have been enjoyed as much if were not the service that Eden Crest provided. Secondly, our cabin was a wonderful retreat for our families and the celebration of my sister's and my 40th birthday. We loved the Smoky Cove Resort and the privacy feel of the area. The kids enjoyed the pool as well as the fire pit at the cabin. We will be back!

      We loved the bar area in the kitchen, while the person responsible for preparing their meal was doing so, we all gathered around and conversed. The furniture and beds were comfortable; there was an issue with linen in one of the bedrooms being soiled and maintenance came and took care of it; Overall the cabin was clean. A couple of people went walking through the community and was pleased. The location was assessible to commercial district.
