      Peaceful perfection

      Our group of 8 over 60'S were very well accomodated, all our needs were met and exceeded.
      Very spacious, quiet, and well appointed.The only things that we felt were needed were a large garbage can in the REC room and a broom and dustpan. We have recommended you to others in our group that did not make this trip. We will be back. Cheryl few

      The house was Beautiful!! We were there for my husbands Bday. We were watching the Illinois game and Tenn game and It wasn't nice that the TV was so small in this huge house. In a huge fire place. That really is our only complaint. Everything elese was spectacular. The dogs enjoyed it also.

      Telephone reservation was easy, Hannah was very friendly and helpful. Check-in was was fast and easy all of the front desk people were very friendly and professional. The cabin was everything we hoped for and more. The grand children really enjoyed the pool table, arcade,and video games. The indoor swimming pool was a big hit also.The views were fabulous! The only negatives were no wi-fi for our computers{dial=up is available so bring phone line} and tv's were dated no flat screens. Overall a great place for a great time.

      Nice, but 2 issues

      There was no internet as advertised unless you had a modem which no one has anymore in a laptop.
      After we put the garbage outside in the locked bin, we called for garbage pickup because of a bear but the staff never came and got into the garbage and we had to cleanup the mess on the ground ourselves.

      As Long as It Doesnt Rain!

      The cabin was a nice place. The comforter in the master bedroom was nasty! The toilet on the main floor bedroon was broke water leaked from it and we was told upon check in hat i was fixed. The main complaint is the water that runs in all over the kitchen down the walls all around the windows that snot covered by the porch so if you have anything in the floor...Get it up It will get wet. We had to lay out bowls to catch some of the rain on the stove. Its a cute cabin we will not be staying there again. The staff was very friendly.

      Very good location and amenities. We appriciated the coded gate for security reasons. So much to do in the area this was our 5 year in a row (2nd time with eden crest). Would recomend to anyone who has never experienced staying in a top quality rental.

      An excellent cabin with good amenities!

      We were disappointed there was not enough dining seating for same amount of people there is for sleeping. Our feet got black from walking on the floors when we first arrived. The phone jack did not work on the bottom floor and we did not have wifi so no cell service. We did have good service on check in and check out and the pool table and hot tub were great! The kitchen was not stocked with enough cooking pots and serving bowls for the number of people the cabin holds for sleeping so if you are going, you might need to take some folding chairs for dining, some pots and at least one big frying pan and some bowls for serving and mixing.

      75 family and friends rented many cabins thru Eden Crest for a wedding. We were there 5 days and had a great time. The cabins were everything we hoped for and more. Great stay, great time, no hassles and pet friendly which was a big selling point for us. Plan to do it again in the future.

      Eden Crest people - very friendly and helpful. The Cabin- clean, nice furnishings, peaceful even though the other cabins were close, the setting was private. We loved the back deck w/swing and lovely view of the mountains. It was almost heaven, but that's back in West Virginia. Great vacation place and Great place for the whole family!

      We had a really good time. The kids enjoyed everything. Wish the pool was a little bigger because it was pretty crowded. The house could use some better cooking utensils. Other than that we had a wonderful time and will book again in the future.

      Less then expected

      We did not get into the home until almost 9:00pm the day of our check-in, I did talk to somebody at about 12:00pm that day and she said it might be a little later then 4:00pm before we could check-in, but they would try tere best to have it ready, we got to the office at about 5:00pm and were told it was not ready yet, that it would be another hour, we got back to the office at 6:30pm and it was still not ready, so we finally received a call at 8:30pm that our cabin was ready. The cabin was ok, the couch downstairs would not let out into a bed, we were very limited on TP, of course that late we did not feel like going out again that night. We had stayed several times at the same location different cabins and were always very satisfied, this time it was very disappointing.
