Everyone in our party of 12 had a great time and had only good things to say about the cabin. Very clean and the decorating was spectacular. Beds are very comfortable. As a fellow cabin owner, we were very impressed with the cabin. We will stay there again if we have large groups.
This cabin is beautiful! Wonderful stay! The pool was a short walk from the cabin! The cabin was well equipped with everything we needed. We did bring extra towels which we did use! All the bedrooms were wonderful! My bed on the lower level was extra comfortable!

Loved the house! Great when travelling with kids/teenagers. They took over the lower level. Kitchen was very well equipped. The grills outside were marginal. Beautiful location and the pool in the development was very nice. We did have some inconsistent cooling issues, but it was extremely hot during our stay.
Also please note that supposedly the house has dial-up internet, we were never able to get it to work. Four teenagers with no Internet access. It was a bit of a drive to Smoky Mountain National Park, but very convenient to Pigeon Forge attractions and shopping.

The cabin was beautiful as well as the remote surroundings. There was a few problems with the refrigerator but a service man was called to fix the problem. As far as cleanliness, everything was ok except for the kitchen area such as stove in particular. Once I complained to the office the cleaning people were called out to re-clean but had a very bad attitude and said that was the best that could be done after sweeping, mopping, and wiping down a bit. When we checked out, I complained to the management. She looked into the situation and apologized and refunded the cleaning fee from my credit card. I would recommend this agency to my friends and will stay with them again.

I would recommend this home to anyone. It was clean, and we had plenty of room. There were games for the older kids. And we were close to everything. I am very thankful to the family to whom shared it with us.
We had the most wonderful, relaxing, and most peaceful weekend!

My husband and I stayed the weekend one of your cabins, and had the best weekend we've had in a long time. We stayed here for his 30th birthday, along with friends, and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves! The weather was perfect, the cabin was beautiful, and our service was excellent! We are already planning on coming back next year. We all truly, truly enjoyed it.

My mother passed away this past year, so my sisters and I were searching for a place where we could all spend Christmas together. We live on opposite ends of the state, so immediately thought about a meeting somewhere in the middle. The cabin was relaxing and had everything we needed to be comfortable. The snow on Christmas eve and Christmas Day made things perfect. The only issues we had were that a bathroom upstairs leaked into the master bathroom downstairs. (The maintenance man came out on Christmas Day and fixed an overflow valve). Also, the fireplaces couldn't be turned up because it caused a breaker to kick.(They are all apperently tied to the same breaker and we were warned upon check-in not to touch the controls). We all brought our iPads and laptops, but discovered that only dial-up internet was available (bummer) and we couldn't find a CD player/stereo anywhere. We had to hum Christmas tunes. I think the cabin is very nice and a great place to relax, but could probably use a few maintenance upgrades.

Everything was good except the heating conditions on the bottom floor. In order to get the bottom floor heated you had to be uncomfortable up top. All the heat rose to the top. we never did get heat on the bottom floor. otherwise we had a great vacation. We had members of our family from age 3 to 70. It was a wonderful break from our daily routine. we will be back next year and use Eden Crest.

Knotty Pine was furnished very nicely and very comfortable. The only thing that caused some concern was that you had to go thru master bedroom to get to the hot tub, which isn't an issue if you are there alone or with family. Eden Crest went above and beyond by letting us check in early due to an ill child traveling with us. It would be very helpful if you had emergency numbers such as ER and Urgent Care Centers posted in cabin. Knotty Pine is located in Smokey Cove which is an awesome development and well maintained. Will book with Eden Crest again in future.

We all loved the cabin, very nice and all loved the decor.
We did have problems with games downstairs didn't work, fan on the front porch didn't work, stove top was cracked.
But over all loved the trip. I would recommand but with the advise to find out and make sure everything is working for the money being charged a day.

This cabin was absolutely beautiful. The games / activities (pool table, foosball, air hockey, hot tub, Wii) kept everyone entertained for hours. I will say that if you plan on having kids play the Wii, bring some games because there was only one generic game included. The kitchen was well stocked as far as dishes / cookware. Don't necessarily count on the grill. We actually bought a small one while we were there. Overall, great location, gorgeous, spacious cabin. Would definitely recommend!

The home was nice until the guest bathroom on the upper level begin leaking into the kitchen, pantry and down to the 3rd floor. It took several hours for a repair man to come, for him only to tell us that he was not able to fix the leak until Monday which at that point was too late. Nothing was done to accomdate the guest in that room and they ended up leaving early because they could not enjoy the bathroom and didnt enjoy there stay. They couldnt move to another room because we had 11 quest and all the rooms were taken. When I called the front office and spoke with manager she didnt care about our situation and never got back with us. I feel like we should have gotten a refund for one night because we spent the night cleaning up water and putting pans down to catch the access water. We stay at the ficility at least once a year, but I am very disappointed with the way we were treated during this stay and I am not sure if I willever stay at your facility again.
On a positive note, the house was nice and the rooms were spacious. other than the water leak we did enjoy being there.
