      Perfect Getaway

      My boyfriend and I spent the weekend here and it could not have gone more perfect- The cabin was romantic and beautifully decorated and furnished with everything we could possibly need. Even though we had neighbors, it felt private and secluded.

      The Edencrest staff was helpful and accommodating throughout the whole experience, from booking to checkout. We cant wait to come back!

      The cabin is everything the descriptions say. Exactly as the pictures show. We enjoyed our time in the Smokies and in the cabin. Will definitely return.

      We had a great stay at the Sugar Shack. My husband, daughter, and I stayed for 5 days and wish we could have stayed longer. Very clean and comfortable accommodations. Staff was very helpful and friendly.

      Had a very good time sitting out in the jucuzzai relaxing and looking at the beautiful view that we had. It was a nice loacation. No one in front of you and only had one neighbor beside of you. The other side was the road. The service was good.What I liked least about it was that I wished we were closer to the pool and golf course. One day was extremely hot. Everything was fantastic.Will go back again.

      Beautiful Cabin and awesome View

      The view from Sugar Shack is spectacular. It's located at the very top of the mountain and seems a bit more secluded than some others. My girlfriend and I spent 3 nights there, and loved every minute of it. Staff was very helpful upon check in. We will definitely be back every year!

      The cabin was really different than the pictures showed us online, when seeing it in person it was much prettier! The only downfalls to the cabin was the very thin uncomfortable couch pull out beds, the floor would had been more comfortable. The dart board didnt work, darts were broken, pool sticks were in poor shape.

      I thought the cabins was clean and very beutiful and it a homw away from home. We live in a log home here in Ohio and I recomend this cabins to all of my family and friends. We will be back next year with our chidern for a family vacation.

      I had a really great time at the Sugar Shack! It is a very beautiful property and I was impressed with it the minute I walked in the door. I have no complaints. I can't wait to visit the area again. We had a blast and will definitely be returning again for our next getaway!!

I just got married and was hoping to leave the stress behind me and I am so happy to say it was stress free from checking in to leaving.       We have been to Disney World the past couple of years for vacation, but the stay here with Eden Crest tops even Disney. The cabin was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for an unforgettable Thanksgiving.       The Cabin was awesome the only problem we has was the hot tub outside was on and we couldnt figure out where the noise was coming from, it was so cold out and I quess you just leave it on for quest..But everything was awesome I even enjoyed sharing with the lady bugs.

      Sugar Shack was a beautiful home, convenient and my wife and I enjoyed it. The only recommendations I would have to improve the home would be a bigger tv and a ceiling fan in master bedroom.

      Anniversary Get-a-way

      We honeymooned through Eden Crest 5 years ago. We were so impressed with their professionalism that we decided to celebrate our 5 yr. anniversary with a return visit. We chose renting through Eden Crest over a Carribean vacation! That's speaks multitudes!
      The cabin was superb! Extremely clean and comforting, we felt 'at home' as soon as we walked through the front door. Also, we felt very safe with the gated community setting. The pools (yes, indoor and outdoor pools!) and mini golf course were also a pleasant suprise. We will definitely make more visits to TN because of Eden Crest!
      In closing, you will not be dissappointed in renting any cabin through Eden Crest. Many lifelong memories have been made! Thank you! God Bless!

      WOW!! I am shocked at your issues. I have personally been in this cabin and it is actually a really nice one. I checked our records and I have no documentation in our system that you lodged any complaints with us. We are very proud of our properties and take great care to make sure they are in good working order. In fact we perform a preventative maintenance on each one of them twice a year to make sure they are in tip top shape. If there were issues during your stay we would have gladly responded to your needs but lodging a complaint after you have checked out and returned home is just not the best way to address problems. I will visit this cabin again to make sure the amenities are in good working order. If I find anything I will make sure it is taken care of. We value you as a guest and your continuted patronage is very important to us. I hope you will accept my apologies and give us another try soon.

      My husband and I really enjoyed our stay at Sugar Shack. We needed a relaxing stay together and that is excatly what we got. I loved the cabin with a private hot tub and would come back again! We had some swaps in our cabin one night durning our stay, but an Eden Crest's worker showed up and took care of the problem. We also would have like to have local channels with our TV, it wasn't nessary, but would have been nice.

      This was our first stay in a cabin and it was very relaxing. We were impressed at how clean everything was and the games were great!!

      The only problems we had were that the toilets seemed like they didn't want to flush properly. We weren't sure if they were supposed to be that way or not and since it was a big issue we just dealt with it. And there were several wasps in the cabin...not sure where they were getting it at.

      Overall, we enjoyed it and are looking forward to staying again in the future.

      We both loved the cabin, it was so clean, smelled like wood, decorated very nicely. The cabin was well stocked and had every appliance and kitchen utencil that I needed, except coffee filters. We enjoyed the pool table dart board, hot tub and spa. We used everything. The service was great, polite and helpful. The cabin was located in a great spot with a beautiful view, and very close to everything. We had a wonderful time and it was great to relax and get away from our everyday life. Our only regret is that we can't afford to do that more often.

      I am sorry you were disappointed with Sugar Shack. The owner chose the TV in the bedroom and the size is well represented on the internet pictures. As to the broken ironing board if you had let us know about the problem we would have gladly brought you a replacement. I would encourage you to visit the photo gallery online for a cabin before you decide to stay in it so you are well aware of the particular amenities being offered. I would also encourage you to let us know when you have a problem with something not working or broken as we are anxious to rectify the problem to make your stay a wonderful experience.

      THIS ENTIRE PLACE IS WONDERFUL. FIRST OFF THE SERVICE WAS WARM AND VERY RESPECTFUL AND ALSO HELPFUL AT ALL TIMES, EVERYONE FROM CUSTOMER SERVICE TO THE MAINTANENCE CREW. ITS NOT TOO FAR FROM THE GATLINBURG OR PIDGEON FORGE AREA. THERES NOTHING I WOULD CHANGE OR TAKE AWAY. THIS IS ACTUALLY MY THIRD TIME GOING TO AN EDEN CREST RENTAL AND NEVER BEEN DIAPPOINTED.       The absence of local television stations caused us to miss the Olympics. We thought that it had been advertised, but it was not. We suggest that the television offerings be expanded.

      honey mooners dream vacation

      We could not have asked for a better place to spend our Honey Moon the hot tub next to the bed was very soothing before bed the and even though it was very cold outside we still got in to the jacuzzi and it was so warm that the cold didn't bother us even after getting out and drying off outside in all the cabin was perfect thank you Eden crest for a great place to stay at a really good price we looked all over the web and you had the best evrything for the price. and even though it looks like the cabins are close to each-other they are set up to be very private and cooking breakfast for my wife in the morning was nice with all new cook ware and dishes already there for you
