      We had a wonderful vacation. The cabin was very easy to fine and very accomdating. It felt like our home away from home. The only thing I would have changed is that I would liked to had a better view of the mountains and valley from our deck. Hope to visit again next year.

      Quiet and Relaxing Get-Away

      We had a wonderful, very relaxing stay at Sweet Surrender. We were pleasantly surprised when we walked in the door to discover how spacious and clean our cabin was prepared. Our stay was very comfortable, quiet, and we enjoyed the short drive to civilization. We will plan a return visit with our children and grandchildren.

      The cabin was so nice the kids did not even want to leave the first day at all. It was pretty close to the attractions and town. But yet it had great privacy. It was really nice and clean. And the kids loved the pool table and the wii. Will plan on coming back soon. And stay at cabin again. Great stay. Thank You.

      Wedding at Bear Creek Crossing

      My Husband and I stayed at the Sweet Surrender cabin in Bear Creek Crossing in June for our wedding. We had a wonderful stay and the bed in the Sweet Surrender cabin is amazing. Probably the best sleep I've ever had. The place is gorgeous and the staff was very helpful and accomodating. We also had our reception at the Clubhouse. It was big enough for all of our 75 guests. My only complaint would be the power issue. The DJ blew the fuse a few times but we figured it out and compromised by turning the lights out to dance. I would recommend booking with Eden Crest.

      Loved the remoteness and quietness of this cabin, and the hottub and jacuzzi were awesome. I needed a break when I came here and I felt like Queen for 3 days. Awesome is all I can say and I will definitely be back!!!

      Sweet Surrender by Stephen King

      Absolutely lovely cabin except for the bugs. Hard to enjoy the back deck with small swarms of moths, mosquitos and beetles around you in the evening and wasps during the day. Also had some cockroachs but hey its the woods, I get it.
      Malfunction of the security system. We didn't even touch it. The phone started ringing and it armed itself. Then went off. The loudest thing ever! The code the front office gave us didn't work so had to phone them for assistance which they did fast and friendly. It went off again while I was on the phone with them and this time they were able to completely shut it down. Great! Should have left it at that until we left in 2 days but no sent a repairman out at 10am the next morning. No heads up, woke up to the phone ringing to see if anyone was inside. If I wouldn't have answered the phone would he have come right in? Guy tells me it will be 5 minutes. Takes 30. And he used the restroom without asking which we found rude and unprofessional. But the cabin was still great and the stay enjoyable. Customer service tried to contact me afterwards regarding the repairman. When I called back, I had to leave a message. Still waiting for my return...

      Magnificent 1st Time in the Smokeys

      Our stay in Sweet Surrender with Eden Crest was phenomenal. I could not have asked for a nicer cabin full with the perfect amenities for children and adults. This was our 1st visit in Pigion Forge and in a cabin and honestly with young ones I cannot be convinced to stay anywhere else. I would recommend this location to all my family and friends.

      We look forward to returning and making our stay a longer one. The service was great. The kids loved checking out the Wii with the Front Desk and ashley at the Front Desk was phenomenal during Check-In. She was absolutely friendly, helpful with providing information in the area and great with my four year old.

      My only complaint is the last night, all my frozen items melted in the freezer as it did not stay cold. I did not mess with the setting as I do not know how to manipulate knobs in a fridge and it was just me and my 4-year old. I lost about $20 in frozen items and was told a manager would be calling me regarding my loss and maintenance issue and I never received a call back. Other than that...everything was perfect and I actually am looking forward to returning in the fall. Ty Eden Crest for a great vacation! Absolutely love the 2 hot tubs and porch swing. Absolutely beautiful cabin

      I was not very happy this time and also emailed my concerns into the main website and yet have heard nothing-- we stay here whenever we go to Gatlinburg and always have a great experience with you all at Eden Crest but this last time was not good at all-- mostly lack of response when we actually arrived. No care once you get in the cabin.

      The staff was very helpful, getting us in one night earlier at a discount. That gave us one extra to do nothing but take in the sights. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The cabin "Sweet Surrender" was the most accomodating cabin that we've ever stayed in. All together, this was a very restful and enjoyable trip. We will certainly be returning to Eden Crest.

      The shower did not work. The sauna did not work properly(light goes off and on when pushing other buttons, shuts off when pushing buttons.) hot water not quite hot enough however it was very cold when we were there. Dont take this the wrong way because we had a wonderful time.

      Anniversary getaway

      This was our third straight year staying at Sweet Surrender. The staff was excellent, due to a sickness we had to reschedule and they worked with us to make sure that we would still be able to have our getaway. The cabin is beautiful and close to Pigeon Forge. We look forward to returning next year.

      I was not expecting it to be so up scale. I think log cabin, the kind that has cracks in the wood you can see the outside. I just know it was 100% better than I was thinking a log cabin was all about. It was a beautiful home. It was a Sweet Surrender. I loved the location and everything about it. We will be back and will ask for the Sweet Surrender again. Thank you for making our 7 day stay wonderful. A birthday and well needed R&R; I will never forget. Thanks again, Sheryl

      I was pleasantly surprised when I first walked in. The pictures on the website didn't do it justice. Sweet Surrender was in a good spot. Not real close to other cabins and the back deck was about as private as one good hope for in a resort type setting. We took our dog with us and looked forward to returing from the days' events to just relax in the cabin. The only thing I would change is adding HD TV. The main TV is HD ready. Most people who stay in this cabin probably have HD TV and watching standard definition TV on an HD set is a little bothersome.

      The only things I had issues with were; the check in girl talked way to fast, and I had to really concentrate to understand what she was telling me. Secondly, there needs to be a label put in the shower as to how to turn it on. It took me quite a while to figure out how it operated. Everything else was good.

      We stayed in Sweet Surrender. The cabin was great: immaculate and exactly as pictured on the website (no false advertising here!). I prefer a firmer mattress, but it wasn't uncomfortable. We came from NE oh on a motorcycle so the hot tub was the perfect nightly treat. The staff was friendly, pleasant and helpful. Location was only a couple miles from the Parkway. I really liked the journal in the cabin and being able to read about the experiences of others who stayed in Sweet Surrender. I'd definitely come back!

      Our vacation was great! We had originally planned to go to the beach again this year, but then the oil spill happened. We couldn't have asked for a better vacation to Pigeon Forge and Eden Crest Sweet Surrender. Our children wanted to just move in and stay forever! The location was perfect and we enjoyed every single minute! We will definitely stay again.

      Fun and relaxing cabin with amazing customer service!!!

      My husband and I started our own company this year causing us to dedicate most of our time to work. Our office being at home, there is no rest for the weary:) We decided it was time for a break. We came to Eden Crest looking for a place to escape the stress of work and everyday and spend quality time with our kids before school started. I could not have asked for a better place. Not only was the cabin absolutely beautiful but the staff at Eden Crest were always friendly and offered suggestions of great ways to better our stay. Sweet Surrender was perfect with all the extra features. My children are 10 and 12 ant they loved sleeping in the loft with a TV and DVD and playing the music while "trying" to beat mom an dad at pool and air hockey. My husband and I loved the master suit and sitting out in the hot tub in the evenings. We went to several local attractions but everyones favorite day was when we just stayin at the cabin all day, swam in the pool and played mini golf.
      I would recommend this cabin and Eden Crest rentals definately for families but also for couples needing to get away. We have already contacted extended family about a family reunion!!!

      We enjoyed our stay there. It was very clean well equiipped and although it was close to other cabins, it still was very private. We were not to far to go out and come back for lunch and go out again later. We could have just stayed at the cabin our entire trip, but the kids wanted to do some other things in town. Definately would recommend for quiet get away, wether it is a weekend or a week. We were there 6 days

      This was the best vacation ever! The cabin was very clean and comfortable. The staff was very accommodating and friendly. It felt like home away from home; I could have stayed here forever. I absolutely loved it!! I can't wait to come back again, and highly recommend it to all of my friends and family. The location was good; not too far of a drive to a local market for any necessities. Good view of the mountains. Not too close to the other cabins. The hot tub and sauna(with a stereo) on the deck was awesome. The loft had a pool table, air hockey table, electronic dart board, t.v., and a stereo system that we thoroughly enjoyed. It was the perfect vacation. Thank you all!!

      The service was exactly how it should be, friendly and very helpful. Sweet Surrender was extremely nice! It surprised my wife and I as soon as we walked in. It was very well kept, and everything looked like it was practically brand new. The game room was excellent. We had a short stay but it was very relaxing and enjoyable. Will definately visit Eden Crest again.

      All I can say is amazing!!! I had an awesome time! The staff at Eden Crest made everything so easy, from booking to check in. The cabin was wonderful. I'm gald we went during the off season, there was no one around so we didn't wait in line for anything!!! It's like we had the entire town to ourselves! We will definately be back!
