      excellent! By far the best cabin we have rented in Sherwood F.

      This was by far the best cabin we have rented in Sherwood Forrest! Loved the security system and the electric fireplace in the master bedroom(which really warmed it up) My only suggestion would be to have a memory book, so all the guests could write a nice memory about their stay. All the cabins we have stayed in, have had one, and they are a nice plus :-)

      The good and the bad

      It was a beautiful spot and a nice cabin. Didn't like the fact that we were expected to do so much before checking out like put all towels on main floor bathroom floor, empty all trash cans, clean all dishes. I have never stayed anywhere that asked us to do all that, especially when we are paying $350 /night!!!

      The cabin is beginning to show a little wear, but we would take it again in a minute. Carpet needs replacing, pool table cue sticks need repair, hot tub cover is frayed and all TV remote controls are missing the backs allowing the batteries to fall out. But, the peace, quiet and splendid view of the mountains has no value. We will come again and again, so long as our health and finances allow us. Your service to us has been excellent.

      Cabin needs fixing up

      The cabin needs some updating - carpet was worn and torn. The dining room table could not be used because it was sticking and in need of replacement or refinishing. The TV is too high on the wall - causing neck strain to view it the living room.

      The dining room table was investigated and we could not locate the sticky problem. If you had reported this to us we would have gladly addressed it with you. The TV is mounted over the fireplace and is quite large for a wonderful viewing experience. I am sorry if your neck was sore after watching it. Maybe next time you could change positions or stretch out on that comfortable couch for your TV time. Thank you for staying with us and I apologize for any problems you encountered.

      Great weekend getaway!

      The cabin is actually located in Pigeon Forge and not Seiverville. The resort is off light 10 and it perfectly located between PF and G'burg. I have stayed with Eden Crest and other companies before and prefer Eden Crest. The only downside this time was that the hot tub lid was strapped down when we arrived but maintance was very quick to come out and unlock it for us. All in all great trip!

      Loved the mountain view. Played the pool table & games.
      We could have used sheets or blankets for the sofa sleeper. Would rent the cabin again.

      The Cabin was beautiful. The view was spectacular. When we called the office to report some wasp nests they came right out to take care of the problem. I hope I can come back soon.

      Enjoyed the view but a little too steep

      We really enjoyed the cabin it was a real nice experiance, but the cabin was a little too high up for my family. We have members of the family that has fear of heights so it was a little uncomfortable. We discussed of coming back to the area in the future but we would like something in the Wears Valley area lower to the ground and not up the side of the mountain. We did enjoy the view we had while sitting in the hot tub, the skyline was beautiful. We would like to see some areas for children to go outside and burn off energy while the adults prepare meals and so forth. The children were confined to staying inside the cabin except when we went sightseeing so if there is any cabins lower with maybe a little yard to play in that would be more family setting for those who have younger children.
