      A beautiful placeto come to for much needed relaxation

      Other than dealing with some roaches in the kitchen (which were eliminated as soon as we reported thyem), this place was near perfect. Nicely appointed, plenty of space for a large group. Being able to relax, laugh, and enjoy such perfect weather in the Smokies - life doesn't get much better than this.

      "It's a Wonderful Life" is a great cabin for families. Lots of room..big modern kitchen..and bathrooms adjacent to all bedrooms for privacy and convience. The views from the porches is amazing!! We had I small problem at first with a musty odor downstairs..but that was resolved once the maintenience guys cleaned and deoderized some air conditioner condensate. Overall a great stay..close to Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg and the National Park...Close to grocery stores and gas stations...good cabin for "get aways" or lengthy stays..

      This was my first time renting a cabin, and i am so glad i did because my family and i have a wonderful time. I have told everyone they should try Eden Crest Cabins. There is so much to do, or you could just sit and relax at the cabin. Thank you Eden Crest for a wonderful Vacation!!

      Entire family loved the cabin!

      Our entire family enjoyed a real "family vacation together. There were 10 adults, 2 teens,5 children and 1 toddler staying in this beautiful cabin. We had a great time and truly enjoyed our stay at "It's a Wonderful Life"!

      Nice chalet, service at Eden Crest rentals worthless.

      Service at check in was horrible. My wife and I have rented more than 30 chalets in the area, this was the worst customer service we have ever encountered.

      It is tough to respond to a general statement like this but I will tell you that we take customer service very seriously here at Eden Crest. No employee who works here is permitted to treat any of our guests rudely or with disrespect. There are situations that arise from time to time where there is a misunderstanding and I am wondering if that possibly is what happened here. We work very hard to maintain good relationships with every one of our guests and I assure you we value you and would welcome the chance to be good to you.

      We loved the layout of the cabin..It was clean and & had the basic necessities as advertised.(except for a large frying pan) .The 5 children loved the swimming pool on the complex. The golf clubs have to be picked up at the eden crest office..The cabins in this complex are very close together with no place for the children to play outside or they will fall off the mountain. It was a good experience.

      the place was nice but the fire places were disappointing the add led you to believe they were real. also would probably not recomend staying in the summer if they willnot allow the a/c to be set below 70 deg. whats up with that i pay the money i want to be cool in the summer

      The problem with setting the units below 70 degrees is they freeze up and then you are without air conditioning for several hours as we all wait for the unit to thaw out. We have found that 70 degrees keeps the cabins quite cool and the air conditioning units function very well. I believe you would find this temperature setting to more than adequate especially given the fact that you are in the mountains and we do not require as much cooling as you might require in a different setting. Give us another try and see just how wonderful our services are.

      Brought my family in from Deleware, Illinois, and Tennessee for a Christmas present to them. It was wonderful having all my family together at a beautiful location, with all the entertainment near by. I hope I can do this again next year.

      It was "A Wonderful Time" at "It's a Wonderful Life."

      Check in time was not until 4:00 p.m. We arrived about noon time. A call was made to Eden Crest Vacation Rentals, and we were allowed to check in early. We had time to find our cabin, get settled and rested, and we were ready to as they say to "paint the town pink." We had a wonderful time, the staff were very friendly and helpful, had no problems at the cabin and we did have a great time. Would recommend Eden Crest Vacation Rentals to anyone interested in visiting Pigeon Forge. We do plan to stay with Eden Crest Vacation Rentals again next year.

      What we needed and wanted

      We traveled with our family of four and another family of 5. The 3 floor plan layout easily accomodated our needs. There was plenty of privacy and common area space. The kitchen was well equiped, and the long table seated all of us. Only small issue we had was there was not yard/green space around the cabin for the kids to be outside, running or playing. The indoor pool was nice for them to burn off energy.

      It truly was breathtaking

      We were in awe of our cabin, It's a Wonderful Life...We enjoyed the breathtaking views. The privacy because the resort was not full. We cooked alll but 2 of our meals in the cabin and enjoyed cooking and eathing together. The pool and golf was a plus. We will be back.

      Ultimately the property and the cabin were great! We did feel that there should be some options to extend the stay. Although our cabin was not available there were plenty available but we were not allowed to stay for an extra day. I also felt that the rental should just incorporate the cleaning expense. To have a jacuzzi and cleaning charge was a bit excessive. T

      I assure you we would have welcomed you to stay an extra day. We are in the business of renting cabins and having you stay one or more nights extra is what we are here for. I believe the reason you did not stay was the cleaning fee we would have charged for the cabin you were moving into. I am sorry if you feel the charge is excessive but cleaning charges are pretty standard in the industry. Moving from one cabin to another means the cabin you would have moved to would require a cleaning upon your departure. My suggestion would be to book your next stay more carefully to make sure you are able to stay in the same cabin as long as you can. Moving cabins does mean additional cleaning expense which I am sure you understand. Again, I am sorry you were not able to work out the extra night and hope you understand the expense involved by moving to another cabin. We value you as a guest and your continued patronage is important to us. We hope to see you again real soon.

      The cabin was very well done, very comfortable and nicely appointed. Based upon the steep incline of the roads to the cabin, we probably should not have bothered to drag our bicycles with us.
      Liked the idea of a gated community. Created a safe environment.

      I have never rented a cabin before and did so this time because we had extended family members joining us. I needed the most comfortable accomodations for 4 families. I read other reviews of the Eden Crest Resorts which helped me decide to choose them. All 4 families enjoyed this resort tremendously and found this a beautiful, clean resort and easy to get to. Eden Crest provided everything we needed for comfort and relaxation. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a beautiful clean cabin with a fantastic view and easy access to Pigeon Forge, yet off in the mountains away from the crowds of the main street.

      Very pretty cabin

      This cabin was very nice, nice location and close to shops and grocery stores. The only problem I had was that high speed internet was advertised for this cabin, when we checked in - it was dialup!
      I would recommend this cabin to anyone that doesnt need internet capability.
