We have been very busy this past year and needed a relaxing vacation. The lodge fit our needs greatly, with the grandkids never stopping on the air hockey table.Rooms are decorated very cute and neat.Location was great! The extras were also nice such as having the pool, although the water was pretty cold .We will stay with Eden Crest again.

We had a great time at Wine Down. Our stay was very pleasant. The accomodations were great and everyone helped us in a timely manner. This was our 2nd year that we have been to Bear Creek Crossing and stayed.

Wine Down Review
My stay with Eden Crest

The cabin was really nice. The only problem was the distance away from everything. In my case I was traveling with friends and while I would be gone to the Corvette Expo Show they could do nothing, but stay at the Cabin due to the distance from the main strip. Other than that the Cabin itself was really nice, the Check-In Staff was Excellent, the Heat did not work for the 2 day of our stay but was taken care of in a timely manner by the Eden Crest Maintenance. I would recommend this Cabin to someone to stay in if they are looking for just plain privacy and not planning to spend very much time on the strip.
Unfortunately Snow Caused Challenges

We made the best of it with the snow... late check in (not cleaned in time), bed on main floor not good (broken?), foosball padel broken (did not work for 2 days), downstairs hottub not working (airbubbles in line?), broken wine glasses in cubard (hidden in back), Automated collection calls received daily on house phone (looking for prev. owner???), mainfloor electric fireplace heater not working...

The experience was awesome, however I do think that the cabins should be checked to make sure everything is in working condition. We could not get the temperature above 72 in the second hot tub. I had paid an additional cleaning fee for use of the second hot tub. The darts did not have tips so we could not use the dart board.

Everything was great except for few glitches like we weren't able to lock the bathroom doors, and no wireless internet.
