      This is our second year in this cabin, the cabin was lovely and looked exactly like the photos. We came as a family getaway with four generations. We plan on making this an annual ritual. A great time was had by all, from 4 YRS old to to mid sixty's.

      very clean and close to everything in town and surrounding areas
      We only thought the upstairs game room should be down stairs instead of in the loft right over the living room. Very hard to watch TV or just sit and talk with the noise from the games running. And they were very loud. But have to say we would rent it again if we where going there.

      The cabin was very comfortable and had a television with cable in every room. The location of the cabin was very close to Pigeon Forge and made travel there easy. The beds were soft and comfortable and there were plenty of clean pillows and blankets for all. The cabin was not associated with any type of community pool, so we had no access to swimming and we would have liked that.

      The cabin was very clean. A lot of extra room. Kids loved the games, especially the air hockey table. We had some issues with the BBQ which was immediately handled.

      The cabin was very nice. It was nicely decorated and we enjoyed the media room. It was nice that we each were able to have a floor that we could adjust the temperature to our personal preference.

      We chose this cabin because one of the girls in our party has a handicapped father. We were hoping the cabin would work for his needs. Unfortunately, it will not because the bathroom is not aDa accessible. He would need an aDa toilet and roll in shower. I wanted to let you know because this might be an excellent amenity and rental draw.

      I usually stay at Bear Creek Crossing and will probably look at renting there again in the future. The view of the mountains at Bear Creek is better. I was also a little disappointed the cabin was not as clean as other Eden Crest properties I've stayed. There were plastic wrappings from eye drops on the night stand in the master bedroom. Large cobwebs from the chandelier in the main living room. The TV in the main floor living room was unable to play Dvds. The maintenance man said it was broken. There are just examples of little things that were not up to Eden Crest standards.

      The staff at Eden Crest was pleasant and very helpful as usual. I will continue to contact Eden Crest for my future rental needs. It was nice to be able to purchase our tickets for the Dixie Stampede for a discounted price at the rental office.

      We thoroughly enjoyed our stay... the only problems we had were the gas grill had no gas, did not even have a tank... we brought food to grill out and then couldn't do it... also the Wii controllers batteries were dead... when we mentioned all this at check out the girl did not really seem to care...

      At Eden Crest, we strive for excellence in customer service. We sincerely wish you had called as soon as you had a problem with the grill, as we would have put a maintenance person on the phone to instruct you on how to use it, and made sure the grill was working for you. It doesn’t connect to a small portable tank, but a large one that you could not see. We also would have even sent someone out with batteries for the Wii controllers!

      Our staff is trained to tell you at check-in, that “if you have any problems, please call.” We really mean that! If you don’t call, we can’t fix the problem. Telling us at check-out doesn’t make your vacation experience better, although we certainly appreciate the information so we can fix the issue. However, we’d much rather fix it for YOU when you are actually still in the cabin and on vacation. We hope you will come back and stay at Wind Song Way, as it is a great cabin, and let us know immediately if you experience any difficulties so we can make your vacation the best one ever!

      The cabin was beautiful, exactly like the photos. The home was very homey and we truly enjoyed it. The ladies at the office were all very sweet and Curtious. This was a weekend for family and we enjoyed it tremendously!! Can't wait to come back!!
