      Great back-roads access to National Park, which we loved!

      Very nice house - lots of room - well appointed. Really downside...not having seen the space prior to renting, we 'allocated' the upstaires area to family members with small children (more room) but...noise below very loud. Also bathroom noise from upstairs to downstairs bedrooms very loud.

      The pictures of the cabin dont do it justice. There is a ton of room and it has a home feeling. With two decks and a hot tub it was relaxing to sit outside. We will be staying here again.

      Overall, we had a nice time. The location of the cabin is just about perfect. Close to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. We go to the area often and they are in the best location we have found yet. The cabin itself was clean, but the carpet on the lower level was filthy. I would not walk on it with bare feet. Needs a good wet-vac job on it. Also, we slept in the lower bedrooms and I would not recommend it. We could hear the heat/ac unit all night long and when ppl are walking around in the kitchen it's extremely loud. The theatre room is awesome, but we had grandparents with us and it's down so many flights of stairs that they were not able to enjoy it. Also, there is a motion detector light out front. It stays on for about one minute and then it's pitch black. Again, with grandparents, not fun to walk up stairs outside in pitch black because the motion lights go off and don't turn back on. We brought our nanny with us to do cooking, and she found the kitchen to be rather ill-equipped. The toaster also needs to be replaced. It only toasts one side of the bread. So, it was a good place to stay, not great. We will be staying in the same location again, but trying a different cabin.

      Do not rent from Eden Crest Vacation Rentals

      I rent a cabin one or two times each year in Gatlnburg/Pigeon Forge area and our last stay in June renting from Eden Crest was a nightmare. When we arrived at the MyT-Fine-Flix cabin the freezer/ice did not work, part of the pool table was broke and one of the poker chairs was completely broken. I called the office the next day and the handy man came out to our cabin, he fixed the freezer, I showed him the pool table and then he physically removed the poker chair from the cabin.
      So much to my surprise approximately 3 weeks later I went online to get my checking account balance and I had a debit of $750.00 from EdenCrest, I was shocked to say the least and to make a long story short, I called their office before it even opened and left a message, called back two other times and my daughter even called because I was so upset and not one time did anyone return our call.

      So I had to contact Bank of america and they credited my account back for the $750 but they had to investigate and there was a process of which I had to file my complaint and in return boa had to contact Eden Crest and so on and so forth this took appoximately 3 months before boa officially contacted me and said my case was closed and I could keep my $750.00. (by the way I found out that Eden Crest charged me the $750.00 for the poker chair, quite an expensive chair)
      I have never in my life had to file a claim with my bank or call a company or business and not even get a return call when they knew I was upset, it was terrible, awful customer service and I would not wish that to happen to any other person. I still to this day cannot believe that they debited $750.00 from my checking account without my approval or consent and then would not even give me the respect to call me back. Be very careful if you rent from this company, the same thing may happen to you.

      Great cabin, great time!

      The cabin was wonderful, lots of room and was just as it was stated in the cabin description, which was nice becUse that isn't always the case when I've stayed other places. We traveled with 4 adults, 1 toddler and it was plenty of space for us. Really liked how the bedrooms are on separate floors, it really gave everyone their own area. The only complaint is that in the description it says beautiful views, not from this cabin... Our entire view is blocked by trees that need trimmed. Most of the other cabins had the trees trimmed back and had great views, just not this one.

      Having visited this area and staying in numerous rentals, I found this particular home wonderful, and it felt like home. I would say the house and dishes were not as clean as it/they should have been and they definitely need a nicer trash can system outside, but overall these are minor issues.

      Cabin was nice. My only complaint was the grill on the deck. We like to grill and were unable to as the grill flared up the minute we put any meat on. At any temperature. Was difficult to regulate. Other than that we enjoyed our stay.

      it was a very nice cabin . we did use every inch of the cabin. the shower down stairs and tub kept it from being perfect but it was a very nice cabin ,would stay there again.

      Simply Put Spectacular

      There is not a single doubt in my mind that I would stay here again and I have already referred other people. The cabins are some of the best looking cabins I have seen a long time. Our cabin was beautiful and offered so much to everyone. It was even decorated with 2 trees at Xmas time, one on each floor. The temperature was just right. We did have a slight problem with the pilot on one of the fireplaces but the maintenance guy came out the next morning and got working again. There simply isn' enough I can say about this cabin and Eden Rentals. We had a great time. All the bedrooms where extremely clean with modern furniture and flat panel tv's in everyone. The theater room is where we spent a lot of time. The screen was great, the sound superb.Only slight problem was on Sunday when we left, the roads out of the cabins were not clear and it was a little treacherous but we made it down safely. I could go on and on so I will just say... it is a must stay. We will definitely be doing it again and using Eden Rentals again.

      Everyone had a great time. It took several attempts to bring our family together after many challenges but the end result was worth it. The cabin was beautiful and spacious with a lot for everyone. Only regret we did not have time to enjoy the balconies, grill, hot tub or the whirlpool so we will be back. This time for a longer stay.       Loved the cabin. 4 king size bedrooms were awesome. Media room was great but expected better picture on big screen with the blu ray and all. But all in all, a great time was had by all. We would definitly recommend this cabin to a group of 4 couples or a large family.
