      Great Cabin To Kick Back & Relax

      Lovely cabin with nice mountain view form the hot tub. Short distance to outlet shopping & restaurants. Close to Sevierville & Pigeon Forge. Nice %0" Flat Screen TV in Great Room. Will stay here again.

      This is the first time we stayed in this resort, and while the cabin was very nice and clean, it seemed as if the cabins were stacked on top of one another. So next time we visit, we would most likely choose a resort where the cabins were not so close to one another.

      Not one complaint! EdenCrest is a first class operation! Everyone is very helpful and friendly. The cabins are beautiful, clean , and Can't say enough about the comfort! Especially the beds! All we can say is Ohhh Myyy! We love you Eden Crest! Lord willing we will see you every year, if not more!!!

      Good but could be better for the price

      The web site describes it has having all the premium cable channels but it doesn't. It has dish and doesn't even get all the basic channels ie fox Business, TCM etc. No HBO, or Starz etc. It also says it has Netflix and there is a box in the Great Room labled as such but no instructions on how to use it. When I returned the Wii I found out Netflix actually came through that box but noone ever told us. Instructions on how to use advertized features should be pointed out to the guests. They did give us an instruction sheet but not all of them applied to this cabin. The kitchen tools (gadgets,pots and pans) don't have everything you need. Several basics missing. Before I would ever rent from you again I would have you supply me an inventory of kitchen gadgets and pots and pans. This place just misses on being a place that you would tell everyone about.

      This cabin was great! The directions on the map that was given to me at check-in were incorrect as far as the cabin location but I drove around until I found it. Very pleased when we arrived. The cabin was very clean and we had every thing we needed in the kitchen for dinner and breakfast. We are planning our next trip! Love the mountains and Eden Crest!

      We stayed 3 nights, which was perfect. We all loved the gameroom, and the beds were extra comfy. Some of the neighbors were a little loud at times, but if you sit in the hottub you can't hear them!

      I loved the cabins but the only thing that I had a concern about was the back porch. I got in the hot tub one night but I didn't feel secure because someone could walk from the front porch around to the back. Everything else was great and I will visit again.

      Not what I expected

      We expected the cabin to have more pots and pans. It didn't even have a sponge or soap. The customer service wasn't very good either. The directions to the cabin that is not in Pigeon Forge (as advertised) didn't specify where the second fence was so we got lost. No help was offered when I called about the snow that needed to be removed so we could get our car out. The cabin had an alarm but we didn't have a code to use it. We had a family emergency and had to check out early but still had to pay
      for all the nights. We had to pay a cleaning fee for the hot tub and for the cleaning the cabin. We didn't use the hot tub and the cabin floor was dirty when we arrived.

      We are so sorry that your vacation did not turn out to be what you expected. Staying in a vacation home can be a fabulous holiday experience, as you have more flexibility and room than in a hotel. As with most vacation rental homes, all Eden Crest cabins have stocked kitchens; this includes pots and pans as well as dishes and utensils. In addition, we supply a “starter pack” of dish soap, etc. so that our guests can get through a day or so before they have to go shopping for their vacation supplies.
      We are sorry to hear that you had difficulty in finding the cabin. We will certainly review our directional sheet for changes based on your comments. The cabin is within minutes of “downtown” Pigeon Forge, but just outside the city limits. Listing it any other way would not be adequate for anyone to know its general location.
      We did have some unusually heavy snow storms this winter, and are sorry that they caused you difficulty. These are mountain cabins, which is why we warn our guests that they should have 4WD and/or snow chains in preparation for potential bad winter weather.
      It is very unfortunate that you had to leave your vacation early; we encourage all guests at booking to add travel insurance for such possibilities.
      We have several cabins that have an opt-out option on the hot tub. The hot tub cover is actually locked, and you do not have to pay any cleaning fee. Any guest wishing this amenity just needs to ask.
      Should you or any guest stay with us in the future, please do let us know on arrival at the cabin if it is not what you expected in terms of cleanliness, maintenance, or provided items – we will correct it ASAP. We really do wish for each and every guest to have a wonderful vacation experience here in the Smokies.
