      not a big fan

      nice and big but so loud. you can hear what everyone else is doing in their room. no sleep because of this and hearing footsteps all night etc. hot tub jets are very weak and the jacuzzi in your room is better. not sure i would go back.

      We are so sorry you did not enjoy your time in this fabulous cabin. With an in ground pool located inside the cabin on the bottom level it really does provide hours of fun family entertainment. I have not had a complaint related to noise in the cabin but I will forward your remarks to the owner asking them to place rugs around to help diminish noise.       We had a blast at this beautiful luxury cabin. We felt like we were experiencing what the rich and famous get to with our own private pool and movie theater. We look forward to staying again.

      Awesome Trip!

      We took a family trip with 4 generations and stayed in Poolin around. The cabin was beautiful and very clean. The large table in the kitchen was great for everyone for breakfast and dinner as well as playing games together. The theater room was very comfortable, the pool and game tables were all used by everyone. Great location also...close to groceries, restaurants, aquarium, Smoky Mountains, and lots of tourist attractions. Wonderful trip and great place to reconnect with family!

      My wife, our 4 kids and their spouces, 7 grandkids and my brother had a great time. Poolin around was just perfect for us. The grandkids were never bored with the pool, the games and then Dolly Wood and the Stampede. We all had a wonderful time and may do it again someday. Thanks for your hospitality, it was appreciated.

      This was our second time to rent Poolin' Around. The four kids (aged from 10 to 19) loved the pool and the rest of the family loved the movie room! I recommend Eden crest vacation rentals. Our dealings with them have been highly satisfactory.

      Accommodations over all were suitable. Would have preferred space more conducive to family gathering areas. For a different purpose perhaps. Balcony's were too small for anything but one couple. Rooms were too noisy (sounds, speaking and footsteps). There were 2 plumbing problems that maintenance said they were aware of and we were not advisedat check-in

      Playing at Poolin around

      Eleven extended family members from age 62 to 4,all enjoyed the house. The entertainment offered with the arcade games, pinball, theater, pool, and many bedrooms suited us. The large dining table was perfect. Our only concerns were the places the young children could be tempted to climb and fall. But all in all we would recommend this location (Yay, Kroger) and this fantastic house. The community pool was also very nice.

      We had our first ever family re-union at Poolin' Around. It was perfect for our needs. My husband and I, our four children and their spoouses and our thirteen grandchildren had a wonderful time. Five master bedrooms each with king size beds and full baths were just what we needed for the five couples. The extra bedroon with queen bed and twin bunks and the loft with 3 queen beds were perfect for the kids. Lots for floor space for the others using air mattresses.

      A few problems in the house upon arrival but management fixed those immediately. The people at Eden Crest were very friendly and helpful. Would love to return to Poolin' Around again sometime.

      The pool was a real treat for the kids and some adults as well.

      Excellent accomadations. Only issue was upkeep: broken footrest on recliner, broken tips on darts, air hockey was broken. Issues that could be addressed such as broken darts were taken care of quickly once reported. Very nice staff. Excellent view.

      Kids really enjoyed the house, it had everything they could want, we walked up the hill (our choice)so they got plenty of exercise. It was quiet yet very entertaining. Loved it. Kids want their parent to take them back

      We thoroughly enjoyed our weekend at Poolin' Around. Our kids ranged in ages from 4 to 13, and they were never bored. It was so nice to spend a weekend in the mountains without going out and driving everywhere, because the cabin had everything we needed.

      Just as We Expected and Then Some!

      We had our family reunion at Poolin' Around from april 3 - 8 and had family from Hawaii, Tennessee, Georgia and Virginia. All of us had a great and wonderful time and finding Eden Crest was easy and it was very easy to locate our cabin! Everyone enjoyed all of the amenities this cabin had to offer...of course, the indoor pool was great, the hot tub, game room and of course the movie theater! The view was very nice and even though we had several other cabins close by, it felt as though we were all alone up in the beautiful mountains! Having six bedrooms plus the loft with three queen beds made everyone very comfortable. We had four children (16, 12, 6 and 5) and not once did we hear any complaints of being bored! They all had plenty to do in the cabin and never once did I hear a negative word about this beautiful cabin...as a matter of fact, my daughter said we'd have to pry her away from the cabin - she wasn't leaving! I understand what she was saying as we wll said the same thing! This place comes highly recommended from my family. My parents from Hawaii enjoyed it very much and I even asked my dad if we could put a cabin in his lot where we live!!! Anyway, thanks also goes out to the girls at Eden Crest for al of their help and assistance. We had a great time and also enjoyed going out to do several trips - everyone didn't want to leave! As they say in Hawaii, Mahalo for a great time! Aloha Nui Loa! Lillian and family!

      Poolin' Around a great place to stay!

      Poolin' Around was great. We had 20 members of our extended family down for a wedding of my son. Poolin' Around was great for the old and young. Kids could play in the swimming pool,could watch a dvd on the big screen
      and play arcade games. Adults could play pool or watch TV, play cards or relax on the decks. The wedding was at angel's View Wedding Chapel. We would highly recommend it to anyone.

      Outstanding Cabin

      We went as a group of 17 (had 19, but 2 backed out) Had plenty of space for everyone. We had 4 kids with us ages 1-6 and the place was perfect for us. Everyone loved the huge dining table in the kitchen. The pool, hottub, pool table and all the arcade games were well worth the price, we didn't need to go anywhere if we didn't want to. A couple of things we did find though was the pots/pans in the kitchen weren't large enough for that large of a group. The hottub was a tad small for a house that sleeps 20, it only sat 4. Overall though our experience was awesome and for sure would reccomend this place. Check-in and out was smooth and friendly.

      It sounds like you had a great time spending your vacation together; the space our cabins offer is a tremendous plus when planning your vacation. Thank you for your comments. We will see about upgrading the kitchen stock to match the size of the sleeping accommodations. Eden Crest does want you to feel that your cabin is your home-away-from-home, and that you do not need to leave unless you want to. We will convey your suggestion to the owner to upgrade the hot tub size. Some of our larger cabins offer two hot tubs to better accommodate the size of the groups staying there. We hope you come back and stay with us again; we love hearing that you had an awesome time!

      We had an absolute blast and the cabin was outstanding. Everything lived up to its description from the website. We are thinking of returning next year. Check-in could have been quicker considering you have paid in full once you arrive, so on a holiday weekend they should increase their frontline staff. And the indoor pool was freezing cold, we would have indulged in the pool more often had it been heated. But overall we had a really fun time!
