      We loved our stay. The cabin is very beautiful and would love to go back. The only thing that I didn't like is that the game room is on the top floor and would have been better on the bottom floor so you couldn't here the kids playing.

      Mislead about the pool!!!

      The cabin was great everything we expected. The pool was a major disappointment the on line information was misleading and basically a lie (we weren`t the only ones the people next door said the same thing)

      We are very clear on the web page that this cabin uses the Community Pool. It is a very short drive to the Community Pool which offers a water slide, picnic area and walking trails. It is actually a really nice pool area. You would have needed to drive your vehicle to the resort pool as well which is also a short drive. The Community Pool provides so much more. I assure you we did not lie at all but maybe there was an assumption made without the text on the web page being read. I apologize but there was no intentional misleading of information and we actually were attempting to provide a great experience for everyone staying in the cabin.

      The cabin was very clean and pretty. The hot tub was used daily . (could not figure out how to shut it off so it ran 24/7. Called for help and they said that was the way it was. Bedding in loft was very uncomfortable. Springy mattresses. The location was close to Gatlinburg and of course right there in Pigeon Forge. Easy to get around. Se sere at the bottom of the hill and some of the other cabins up higher on the mountain had breathtaking views. Maybe next time we will pick one of those. Maintenance was called several time and they were very prompt to fix any problems. Overall I would recommend this place but I would suggest to get better mattresses on all of the loft beds and couch.

      The condo is beautiful! The scenery is beautiful! We had an amazing time. The only negative was the game room being on the top floor--very noisy!! Maybe a few throw rugs would help? Otherwise amazing!!

      My husband and I brought our 4 children ranging ages 9 to 1 here. The cabin was fabulous and our children were so excited. My only concern was the staircase. We had to buy 2 gates for the staircase for our 18 month old. Other than that, it was such a comfortable and contempory environment.

      I really enjoyed my stay at Rocky Top Escape, I have already recomended it to friends, family and coworkers.
      The only thing I can suggest is, there was a gas grill displayed on the web for that particular cabin and we really look forward to using it, but it was not there.

      I apologize if the check in process was too long. We have fixed that problem and now offer check in using text or email so you are not required to visit our office but rather are free to go to the cabin once it is cleaned and ready for you to occupy. This makes the process quick, simple and convenient.

      Great cabin! Large roms each with a bath and all king sized beds! The game room and deck views were amazing! The only complaint we had was one of the master beds downstairs had hair on the sheets as if they hadn't been washed. But, in spite of that it was wonderful and we will definately be back!

      Every year we have a girls weekend so this year we decided to go to Gatlinburg...we made a wonderful choice. The cabin was just what we needed to relax and unwind!!! Wish we could of stayed longer!
