      The cabin was great, but the check in was as awful experience.

      The check in experience was dreadful. The cabin and our check in was an hour late. One girl named Jennifer was especially rude and unprofessional. All she wanted to do was argue with my wife on what the website said about check in.

      "Splashtastic"

      My husband and I were priviledged to stay in the Splish Splash cabin during our stay in October 2011. We had brought wonderful meals with us to prepare and I must say the kitchen was stocked with the correct utensils including a wine opener. We did not leave the cabin the first two days as there was so much to do and enjoy right there. Pool, Wii, exquisite scenery, fireplace,and cable TV. My husband thought he was in heaven. And the pool and hot tub were the best! How nice to step out of your bedroom in the early morning and start your day with the hot tub.

      My husband very much enjoyed the Sauna and pool. I unfortunatley had a broke arm and could not partake.

      This was truly our most romantic week in memory and we will return in spring to watch the trees come back to life.

    • Disappointed In the Splish Splash

      Splish Splash is "Cold as Ice".

      I rented Splish Splash for 3 reasons. The hot tub, sauna, and "heated" in cabin pool. Well only 1 of the 3 were we able to use. The sauna was broken, Edencrest has been waiting on the parts to fix it for over 2 weeks. I was informed of this after we tried to use the sauna. I should have been informed of the broken sauna when I called to reserve this cabin. Second, the so call "heated" pool is indeed not heated. I was informed that they keep their indoor pools set to 80 degrees. In my opinion that is not considered heated but only room temperature. So they refused to increase the temperature for us so I paid a $100 pool cleaning fee for a pool that we were unable to use. They also refused to refund my $100 cleaning fee even though we never used the pool. In the description of the cabin there is also a red heart shape jaccuzi tub in the cabin. It needs replaced. On the bottom of the tub there are warn out "butt" marks where the red coating is gone. So we did use the hot tub. With so many cabins to rent in the area I would recommend staying away from this one until the owner or Edencrest takes some time & money to fix the problems in this cabin. When I addressed these issues with Edencrest, they just passed the responsibility on to the owner. So if you rent a cabin with an indoor "heated" pool, please ask them what the pool is really heated to. I do not recommed this cabin to a friend.

      nice people to deal with. very nice cabin. wife enjoyed swimming pool, hot tub, and pool table. dog enjoyed deck and walking wife up and down the hills. Tanya did you get your raise.

      My husband and I had a wonderful time at our cabin "Splish Splash" at Eden Crest. The registration process was quick and the staff were very accommodating and friendly. The cabin was amazing! We loved the indoor pool and hot tub! The cabin was very clean and had plenty of room for the two of us. I would stay here again and definitely recommend it to friends and family. Was very close to everything.

      Overpriced!

      The cabin is sweet and comfortable, but for $235/night plus extra cleaning fees for the pool you can do better if you shop around. Also, the pool is only 82 degrees which sounds okay until you get in and your children turn blue. This is their policy so beware! We rented this cabin because of the pool and only got in once because it was freezing and was not enjoyable for us or our kids. I was very unhappy with the response from Eden Crest as well, obviously they are not concerned with customer satisfaction.

      Splish Splash is a very lovely cabin. It is relatively rare, as it is a nice small cabin for having an private indoor pool. Perfect for a small family that wants this amenity.
      Eden Crest is very concerned about customer satisfaction, and always tries to accommodate requests. We do have policies regarding the private pools in compliance with requirements of the cabin owners.
      We do keep the pool at 82 degrees - not as warm in the summer because it is so hot, and a cooler pool is always a nice refresher from the heat. In the winter, the temperature is turned up to provide a warmer environment, but is never adjusted to a a hot tub setting - it is a pool.

      My new husband and I stayed here and had a wonderful time. The cabin was just as it is in pictures and is cozy. Eden Crest was great to work with and took care of all our questions and needs. Would definitely go back!!

      Absolutely amazing!

      I rented this cabin for Memorial Day weekend as a way to get away with my husband and children while he was home for R&R; from the army. We saw this cabin online and booked it because of the indoor pool, which we knew would definitely excite our children.
      We checked in Friday evening. The checkin process was completely wonderful; the staff was super nice and very helpful with things for us to see and do in the area. They even gave my kids coloring books, which they were very happy about. :)
      When we arrived in the cabin, we were taken aback by how beautiful it was. Everything was immaculate, and the decor was perfect; very woodsy and romantic. The cabin was totally luxurious, but still made us feel completely relaxed and at home.
      As expected, the pool was one of the highlights of the cabin. It's bigger than it looks in the pictures, and our children made sure to use it every day we were there. The water was a little cold that first night, but once we found the controls and bumped up the temp, it was perfect.
      The bed was beyond comfortable!! You worry sometimes that when you stay somewhere, the bed will be too hard, but this was like sleeping on the cloud. I also loved that the balistrades on the porch are close together, so my dog could roam the porch and get some fresh air between walks without us having to worry about her falling through.
      Overall, this cabin and resort were absolutely perfect and wonderful. It's a great cabin for those wanting a cozy getaway from the world; the surroundings are so serene and relaxing, and the cabin itself is totally romantic. I wanted to cry when we had to leave; it was that awesome. :) We will definitely be back!!!

      We stayed in the Splish Splash cabin and it was absolutely wonderful. Our 2 year old loved the swimming pool. It was great to have our own pool to enjoy. It was convinently located near everything you could think of to do. Definetly worth the money and we would stay there again.

      A time of real comfort and pleasure

      This cabin is well maintained and is perfectly located for all your needs. It's only a five minutes drive to gas, entertainment and attractions. Everything inside Splish Spash looks just like the pictures seen on the web. My wife and I, married more than 30 years, enjoyed the time spent here in March of 2011. The swimming pool, and the soothing heat from the ultraviolet sauna were very relaxing. The cabin has what apears to be a regulation pool table, on which I got beat 2 out of three games by the misses. With two flat screen TVs, a jacuzzie, wireless internet, netflix and peaceful suroundings to go with the local friendly people in the area, I have no regrets about the 5 nights we spent here.
