  While the cabin itself is a nice property, the management and employees of Auntie Belham's leave a lot to be desired. It seems they will promise you whatever you want to obtain your business, and once you are there, they can't be bothered. We had an issue with the hot tub and were completely ignored for two days. When someone finally did come out, they only superficially fixed the problem. Once our stay was over, we recieved a phone call from a very adversarial woman accusing us of "not remembering to turn in" the equipment required for internet usage. This company, in my opinion, wants only your money, and want nothing to to do with the work to required to earn it. Nor do they care about their word or reputation. I care about mine,and therefore urge and recommend anyone to look elsewhere for lodging. They ruined our honeymoon. Don't let them ruin yours.

  I would like to apologize for the issues they had during their stay. Unfortunately we do have issues from time to time with Hot Tubs and other mechanical equipment at the properties, it should not have taken two days to fix the issue. I am not sure how it was fixed superficially, if there is a problem, the problem is fixed.
  
  The guest states that we made promises to get their business but once they were here we couldn't be bothered. I can only assume that they are referring to the situation with the WIFI. They said they were told by the reservationist that the cabin had WIFI, the person making the reservation is a 6 year employee and knows the cabins well, she could have made a mistake but it is rare for her to make one like this. The equipment he is referring to is a wireless hotspot that we allow a guest to use if they experience problems with the home WIFI or if they are staying at a cabin without WIFI, it can be rented for a small fee. We need for these to be turned back in b the guest so that we can have it available for the next guest. My apologies if the person calling came across as rude and adversarial.
  I am sorry that they feel their Honeymoon was ruined by these two issues, i wish their stayed and the time they had together here in the Smokies had gone differently.
