We were treated with such courtesy from the time we booked to check-in and check-out. Hemlock Hideaway was very nice we were there the week of Thanksgiving and someone had really gone all out and had the entire (3 levels) cabin decorated so pretty for Christmas even the front porch. The location was nice and it was fully equipted we didn't need one thing. What I liked best about it was the location very quiet. What I didn't like was the morning sun shining through the high windows it was very hot even in Nov. and I missed having a great view of the mountains.
