      Beautiful view!

      We were looking for a spectacular view this vacation to Gatlinburg, and UU&A; did not disappoint. Along with the view, we found the "Legacy" area of cabins very convenient to Dollywood, and both Pigeon Forge and G'burg (it's on the G-burg end of the PF strip). From the strip, it's about a fifteen minute drive to the cabin. The cabin was well-appointed with comfortable furniture, outdoor Jacuzzi and games. It has carpeted stairs to the lower floor which was good for our 2-year old. If you plan to use the two twin beds in the cabin's open loft, be prepared for a steep, and unique, 15-step ladder to climb. The only disappointment was the lack of a gas grill (only a "park-type" charcoal grill was provided, and it was in the parking area). Although out of season for us, there was a very nice outdoor pool and clubhouse/workout room within walking distance.

      Really enjoyed Up,up,away cabin.

      Only inconveniences were no Kleenex and dead batteries in Wii game system.

      Nice cabin, terrible property management company

      If your travels take you to the Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge, Sevierville area do everything possible to not book your rental through Eden Crest Vacation Rentals. While this cabin was nice, if your looking for privacy this is not the place to be. The cabin is located in Legacy Mountain Resort which it would seem that they placed as many cabins as possible in the least amount of space. My issue is not with the cabin itself but with the Property Management Company, Eden Crest Vacation Rentals. The cabin is advertised with access to the club house an pool area. Apparently there was a recent change to the actual resort management company which resulted in us not having access to the club house and pool for the first 3 days of our stay. Eden Crest provided us with the access code for the gate which was denied by the new resort management company. Eventually we were allowed access to the facility only after multiple phone calls to Eden Crest. Eden Crest lost our check in paperwork only to find that it was miss filed. Later in the week Eden Crest changed the cabin access code which left my wife and son locked out, while I was fishing in Gatlinburg with my other son, this resulted in additional phone calls to Eden Crest and this issue was resolved in a timely manner. After returning home I checked my cell phone records and while I knew that I had spent quite some time on the phone with Eden Crest, I was shocked to see that it was 90 minutes! In over 25 years of renting vacation properties, I have never dealt with such a lack of customer service and total incompetence. Once I got someone on the phone who actually was helpful I was refunded 1 night for the inconveinence that occured during our stay.
      So again while the cabin is nice and had all the ammenities, because of Eden Crest Vacation Rentals I can't in good faith recommend this property, and would suggest that the owners of the property look for another company to manage their cabin.

      Great place and a wonderful staff. I stayed in the Up Up and away and it was very nice. The directions to the cabin were a bit confusing. A strip map would help. Also, the stairs to the loft are dangerous and awkward. Otherwise, the place was amazing and we enjoyed the stay.

      Our bottom floor smelled like a skunk the whole week. Despite a sanitizing machine being placed in the bathroom it was very disgusting. The carpet was dirty with stains and our socks were black. It really needed shampooed The DVD player quit working in game room. The pillows were old and extra pillows had holes in them and were dirty with spots. We loved the view and enjoyed the pool table and arcade game. Kitchen was nice and stocked well w dishes. Showers were nice. Loved the balconies.
