Description

Our cozy cabin is nestled on a hill in the Eagle Springs Resort with a beautiful view of the Great Smoky Mountains. Enjoy a quiet morning or evening watching a sunrise, some wildlife or sunsets on your two sided wrap-around gated deck complete with Rocking Chairs, Hot Tub, Table & Chairs and Gas Grill. There are many amenities found only in our luxury cabin.
Amenities of 'Eagles Heaven.' A fully equipped Kitchen for you to whip up an easy breakfast or a complete dinner.
All Linens, towels and extra blankets are provided together with hair dryer and shampoo, soaps etc.
In the loft you can shoot some pool or choose from a variety of board games, coloring books for the little ones or enjoy some of reading materials.
The cabin provides 2 flat screen TV's, free high speed Internet access and unlimited local and long
distance phone calls within the US.
Washer & Dryer, Iron and Ironing board are at your disposal.
The living room has a gas fireplace for some cozy and romantic evenings.
We have a 24 hour maintenance service available.

There are many activities just a few minutes away, such as several Golf Courses (Eagles Landing Golf Course is within 3 miles), convention center, 'The Wilderness,'or if you wish to go fishing or boating in Douglas Lake, the Main Marina is only a short distance away (approximately 15 - 20 Min). Many nearby attractions of Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg and Dollywood make this Cabin a wonderful choice for the lodging needs of your Smoky Mountain vacation. Visit the 'Titanic' Exhibit, see a show at Dixie Stampede or go thru the Wonder Works Building. The amusement park Dollywood, 2 Water parks, mini golf, Nascar Speed Park, hiking, horseback riding, ziplining , ice skating, snow skiing or musical theaters are all nearby. If you prefer the historic Cades Cove with its many sightings of Bears and other wildlife or go to Arts & Craft Shops you won't be disappointed . There are many wonderful Restaurants in the area to choose from. Once you return from your outings you can either relax in your cabin or (seasonal) enjoy a swim in the community swimming pool.
The convention center is few miles away ,also enjoy the Wilderness with one of the biggest water parks in Sevierville area.

Restaurants are available and very close to the cabin either big chains or Moms and pops stores , Walmart , Kroger or even Home Depot and Lowe's.

Response from the owner The guest stayed in march.He checked in on a Friday. He didn't contact me about the hot tub till Saturday 8:30 morning by email , saying that he used the hot tub and it wasn't very enjoyable as the water was just warm.I advised him that the temperature is set at certain levels so that it can be tolerable for children as well. He insisted that the water isn't hot enough. I contacted my Hot tub guy, and he said that he was on is way. I waited an hour and contacted my Hot tub guy but he didn't respond. I was worried that he didn't make it to the cabin. I contacted guest again by email, in the cabin and on his cellphone ,left VM to see if the Hot tub person made it. Guest never responded to me. I called again in the cabin at night to check if the hot tub was fixed and he said no. I would have sent him another person to fix the hot tub if he responded earlier. I apologized to him as the hot tub person didn't show up. After the guest left he contacted me to see if he can get some money back for the hot tub not being warm. I personally went to the cabin the next day to see the problem with the hot tub. I found out that the Hot tub cover was put by guest in the wrong direction, cover was torn apart, one panel of the hot tub wood was pulled out by force. I was able to fix the problem, so didn't charge his security deposit. The water was the normal warm water temperature. I'm not sure if the guest have a high tolerance of heat, as the hot water in the cabin can burn your hand if you turn the hot water all the way. Charter cable is our provider and Channels tend to lose sound when you switch from regular to HD channel. I have this mentioned in the cabin manual and all what you need to do is turn off tv or cable and the sound is back on. I rent the cabin to many many guests every month and during all the year season, but never had that kind of guest. The security cameras are mentioned in the rental agreement and they are for children safety and security of the cabin. My cabin outside is monitored 24/7 and if that offends you, please feel free to stay at another cabin. All the road to the cabin door are paved and county maintained. And yes the cabin is in the smoky mountains and all the roads are paved and maintained to the cabin door. It doesn't take an astronaut to figure out that the roads are curvy. Please advise if you not a very smart person, or a whiny grumpy man, don't send me a request to rent my cabin. I open my cabin to guests and families to enjoy the serenity, the quietness and the beauty of the smoky mountains.After being courteous and accommodating for the guest's concern, he called me a liar. This guest is banned from my cabin the moment I inspected the cabin. Him and his family aren't welcome in my cabin anymore.

The security surveillance cameras are for my guests and cabin's safety. We had been blessed with wonderful guests and very nice Folks from the US , Canada, Australia and other countries.Outside Monitoring of our cabins are very crucial as some guests try to sneak in pets , though we do have pets and love them , but pets aren't allowed in the resort or our cabins. Also we experienced guests in the past bringing over 11 guests to the cabin which is over the cabin capacity and safety. We provide initial set up of hand soap , dish soap, toilet paper, kitchen paper towel, bathroom towels, etc.. courtesy for our guests and we encourage all guests staying more than 4 days or big companies to bring extra supplies as you suggested. Again thanks for choosing Eagles Haven Cabin and we will look forward for your next vacation.
