Mountain Memories was more enjoyable than we anticipated. Lovely cabin with ample room and beautiful mountain views. Felt very secluded, but was an easy drive to all visitor attractions in the area. Cabin amenities were great from the wrap-around deck to the hot tub to the pool table. Look forward to making a return visit in the near future.

*I'M rating this for mountain memories not autumn wind*
Mountain Memories was the actual cabin we booked, but when we arrived there was a miscommunication with housecleaning so it had not been cleaned. I'm not rating this cabin low because of the fact it was not cleaned, it was an older cabin also and not what we expected. Great Cabins in the Smokies accommodated us very well with a much better cabin called autumn Wind. So glad it worked out that way! God is good! We had a wonderful time and the cabin was new and very clean! The kids loved the pool table downstairs! Thanks Great Cabin's in the Smokies! We will remember you guys when we come back! -

Cabin had beautiful view unfortunately wasn't very clean and on second day we had major water problems could not shower. They had no cabins available so we didn't get moved until 3rd. Didn't feel like the manager was happy about moving us she just handed us the directions and that was it! We found in the memory book of the cabin that another family had exact same water issues few months prior, I guess it wasn't fixed :(

Unfortunately, we did have one of those unforeseen situations where the well could not produce enough water during your stay. I'm going to also point out that you admitted to having 7 people in your party, while this cabin has a maximum occupancy of 6 people (which did attribute to the situation). We also did get you relocated to a very nice and larger cabin as soon as we had the cabin available. We are sorry that you had any issues during your stay but we did try to correct the situation as promptly as we possibly could.
The owner of the Mountain Memories cabin has also now completely reworked his pump and well so that this issue should not occur again. -

Our stay was great. Check in was quick, painless, and earlier than expected. The cabin was relatively easy to find, although a little bit further away from Ober Gatlinburg than we thought it would be. Accommodations were great, we had everything we needed. Overall, a great experience!

My family had such a wonderful time in Tenn.! It was our second trip but first time in a cabin and that is the only way to go! Great value for the money. Our Mountain Memories cabin was beautiful, very clean, and had everything we needed for a fun vacation. We would definitely book that cabin again and we would highly recommend it to any family looking for a fun time together!!

The cabin was beautifully located in the top part of one mountain. The view was absolutely stunning. The can in appeared to be older but very well maintained. Would definitely stay here again.

Cabin was well decorated and very nice. It was clean and had everything we needed. Could use cabinet space to put food. Any problems were fixed right away. We were there for one week and had a great time. Loved the books that were there about the Smokey Mountains and the area. I can recommend this cabin for everyone to visit.

The Mountain Memories cabin went beyond our expectations from the cabin, the view, to the amenities. Our family enjoyed the relaxing atmosphere and the 3 bedrooms allowed us to spread out. We will definitely come back to this one. Coffee on the porch each morning was a great start to each day. Thank you for making this so easy from reserving the cabin, checking in, staying and checking out.
