Lookout Lodge is a beautiful log cabin, offering a breathtaking view of the Great Smoky Mountains! It is located less than five minutes from Dollywood and the numerous attractions along the Pigeon Forge Parkway and only fifteen minutes from Gatlinburg.

As you enter the main level of Lookout Lodge, you find a large living area with sofa and chase facing a stone fireplace and TV/VCR/DVD. There is a fully equipped kitchen and dining area.       This is a very beautiful house that made our family feel right at home.. There were 5 adults and three children and we all felt very comfortable during our week long stay in this home. Our stay was during the week of Christmas and the house had very nice Christmas decorations along with a Christmas tree which made the Christmas experience much more fun. Our granddaughters did not want to leave and asked to stay just one more night!!! It is also very conveniently located near Dollywood. We bought the Christmas Memories Pass and the price paid for the pass is an exceptional value.

      The service was excellent and the cabin was beautiful, spacious and had a spectacular view. We were at Dollywood cabins two weeks prior to this stat and liked it so much that we brought our family back to experience the smokey mountains.

      Everything from the service to the condition of the cabin were first class. The location was great since we were at the Shades of the Past car show. The view and relaxing atmosphere would be the best while there was no least.

      We great service,we loved the cabin and so did the kids!! The view from the balconies was amazing and really the cabin exceeded our expectations!! We loved this vacation sooo much that we already reserved another Dollywood cabin for next year!!

      Great view but Lookout Lodge needs improvement!

      The view was the best part of the house. We found the floors very very dirty. When I called to complain no one called me back. Stopped in at office to complain and did not see a change in the floors. We also had a problem with our shower door that no one came to fix. We did not sit in the TV area in the lowest level because it stunk! More kitchen towels are needed and also more hand towels. Garbage need to be picked up during a 7 day stay.

      Thank you fior staying with us at Dollywood Vacations. After you initial report of the floors being dirty we sent a team to your cabin to reclean them. We had similar reports from other cabins and we were able to determine that the cleaning products we were using on the floors at that time were the source of the problem. We have changed floor cleaners and the problem has been eliminated.

      We were not able to replicate the issue reported with the shower door. Our maintenance staff found the door to be function properly.

      This cabin offered a beautiful view, excellant sleeping arrangements and was so clean it looked brand new!!! The game room was as added entertainment venue for all ages. Everyone is our party from 2 years old to 63 years old have their own space !! Kitchen was well stocked as were the bathrooms. The bath and outdoor jacuzzis were enjoyed by all. Simply wonderful!!!

      We are so glad that you had a wonderful visit with us. The ability to watch the roller coasters at Dollywood from the deck is one of my favorite things about that cabin. If you get a chance to visit over the 4th of July you can watch the Pigeon Forge fireworks from your deck.

      Loved our stay at Lookout Lodge. We had a 70th birthday celebration with our kids and grandkids. It was perfect for our family of 8. The beds were comfortable with large bathrooms (what I look for first) and the view was great. Our family agreed that we should stay there again next year.

      Dollywood the right way

      We enjoyed our stay at this luxury cabin. We had plenty to do with our grandchildren and children at night and the kitchen was great for lunch and dinner. A great way to visit Dollywood and enjy the other activities in Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg.
