I highly recommend the Eagles View Lodge for any family or multiple couples looking for a nice kept and easily accessed cabin. We only had one issue with the week we stayed at Eagles View Lodge. Upon arrival one of the televisions in one of the downstairs had no signal from the satellite, we called maintence and the worker was at the cabin door within 10 minutes. Turned out to be simply unplugged, but where we couldn't see it behind the television.
Check in was fast and easy, checkout was not needed, just be on your merry way.
It snowed on the last night of our stay and Starr Crest Resort had the snow plow truck with ice running for several hours so that those checking in could still reach their cabins and when we left the early the next morning, the roads were still clear.
We will book with Dollywood Cabins again.
Awesome Family Time!

We had a very blessed time with our family. My wife and four children, son in law and future son in law enjoyed a wonderful Christmas, joyous time together and truly knew the Lord had blessed this trip.
I would recommend Dolly Wood Cabins to everyone. The office staff was great, the cabin was wonderful and the view was breath taking.
Take your family to the Smokey Mountains. You will not be disappointed.
Great Family Vacation

We rented this cabin througj Dollywood. The cabin was lovely and clean. The entire family enjoyed the pool table, foos ball, and looking at beautiful view from a rocking chair or hot tub. The free parking, length of stay passes, and quebot guarantee we will never stay anywhere but a Dollywood cabin. This cabin had everything we needed and more. It is perfect for a large single family or two very close families due to the bedroom configuration.
Wonderful family vacation

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Service was great, cabin adorable, clean, nice view, great amenities. Kids loved the bears everywhere and the games. Very pleasantly surprised by the "extras" we were given in the cabin/Dollywood tickets package we purchased. Great location. Only one complaint...pool cleaning personnel left the suction jet in the open position. Our 13 yr old got an ugly "hicky" on his side when he leaned against it. Could be dangerous for small children. Office personnel said they would immediately report it to the cleaning service. Not the fault of the property owners or rental Staff, of course.

Overall a nice cabin in a great location. We had a great get-together with our family.
Couple of problems ... Sofa-bed in downstairs area was broken and not comfortable for anyone to sleep on. Upstairs sofa bed mattress not very good either.
When we used the jaccuzi tub upstairs there were lots of black particles in the water and bottom of tub when it drained out... ??? bacteria!!!
The pinball machine didn't work at all.
The blinds in all windows need a dusting! Read more
Thank you for taking time to write a review for our cabins. I apologize that you had issues with the sleeper sofas. Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We will bring these items to the owners attention to see if can upgrade these items. I will also bring the issues of the jacuzzi to our housekeeping staff. Thank you again for your review.
We had a great time

Our family thoroughly enjoyed staying at Eagles View Lodge. Everything was just as pictured. The kitchen was very well stocked, with glasses, dishes and cookware. The hot tubs and pinball machine were hits with everyone. We hope to be able to return in the future.
A wonderful getaway experience!

My husband and I scheudled a stay in the Dollywood Cabins as a brief getaway and immediately decided this would be a wonderful cabin for our entire family vacation!
The service was teriffic. Upon our arrival we found a couple bathroom outlets were not working and within minutes it was taen care of.
We were impressed with the quality of the applicances and the well stocked kitchen with all needed items.
We have stayed in State Park cabins, being very disappointed. We payed the same amount for both stays...no comparison!!! Thank you for a responsible price for our stay!! We can finally afford to give our family a wonderful vacation!
We definitely plan to try and return to this home. A wonderful experience!
Fun filled vacation!!

The Eagles View Lodge was amazing! It had everything from pinball to pool and two hot tubs. It was a big enough home to fit all 9 people that we traveled with. The accommodations were wonderful. The view from the cabin was beautiful. Dollywood's employees were both very nice and friendly. The park and cabin were very clean. It was a really fun trip!

This was our fifth stay in a Dollywood cabin. Their cabins are all about the same quality, so it is usually the little things that can make or break your stay with them. We arrived after sundown when the temperature was 32 degrees F outside. Upon entering our cabin, we found the thermostats on all 3 levels of the cabin to read "Error" and have an air temp of around 45 degrees. Not exactly the welcome we were looking for. After 4 or 5 hours we were sitting without coats at room temperature.
We also encountered a mild infestation of flies. Temps outside after the day we arrived were unseasonably warm, but dead and live flies were already present when we got there. I included a picture of a group of dead ones that either went to the promised land together or were swept into a corner by housekeeping and never collected. I'm inclined to think the latter given we found them grouped in other corners of the cabin, deceased. The whole thing made me wonder what was dead inside the cabin walls to bring this many flies at this time of year...
Otherwise the cabin was OK. Not the cheapest, but almost all are located in Starr Crest Resort and Dollywood is up-front about the location--which most rental companies aren't. So location is a plus.
I didn't mention either of these problems to the office as both were dealt with via a little time and effort on my part. (Also the last time I stayed at a Dollywood cabin I reported a parking area flood light outage which was met with no repair. I didn't even bother reporting the same this time even though it made for a dark car unloading.)
After 5 stays, I'm inclined to at least look and see what else is out there--especially after the no heat incident with a January stay... Read more
Thank you for returning to Dollywood Cabins for your family get-away! We appreciate your valuable feedback to help us improve for future guests.
I apologize for your inconvenience during your most recent visit.
I would like to express we have personnel in the resort until 4am every morning. Upon check-in and for late arrivals, the phone number to contact Dollywood Cabins is always provided for any assistance you may need. They are there to help with maintenance, housekeeping, and/or general issues that may arise. Unfortunately, due to our proximity to the Smoky Mountain National Park and the unusual winter weather we have had this year, black flies have been a nuisance to residents and tourists alike.
Once again, I would like to thank you for your response to help us continue to grow and improve for our guests. We hope to see you in the future!

The cabin was spacious and well-equipped. The view was stunning. The security guard who led all three segments of the family to the cabin after dark was gracious, knowledgeable, and very helpful. The teenagers especially liked the pinball machine and pool table, while the smaller ones enjoyed the hot tub. We adults enjoyed the spacious sitting areas and the large dining area. Having three bathrooms was definitely a plus. Surrounding cabins were occupied, but we saw little of our neighbors and heard nothing, so it was almost like we were on the mountain by ourselves.

Not only was the cabin awesome, but the staff made it very easy to gain access to all the attractions with some perks. My 78 year old mother cried when we had to leave.

We had our complete family in for a whole week. The facilities were clean and amenities including towels, dishware, etc. were complete and of good quality. The cabin has a great view of the mountains and is close to Dollywood and Splash Country. The only real issue would be the sofa bed in the lowest level is totally unusable for any one as a bed - just too uncomfortable and needs to be replaced.
Our vacation was everything we had hoped for!

Jamie at the front desk was very friendly and happily answered all of our questions all week. The cabin is set on a partially wooded corner and the cabin to the right is far enough away that you have your privacy. Some of the others are right on top of each other. It was clean, very well supplied with kitchen equipment, has comfortable beds, and the view is incredible! We were less than 10 minutes from Dollywood, grocery stores and attractions. Our biggest dissapointment was the community pool,it's very small. We also had a bear getting in the garbage every night so after the third day of cleaning up the mess we made arrangements to have the trash picked up daily, but overall we wouldn't change a thing!
