Heart to Heart, a stunningly decorated luxury cabin with picturesque views located in Starr Crest Resort.

At Heart 2 Heart, nature is brought indoors with hardwood floors and tongue & groove pine. The stone fireplaces on each level are sure to provide that cozy cabin feel. This upscale home graciously accommodates 8 adults, with a pillow top king size bed upstairs and down, and 2 additional queen size sleeper sofas on the lower level, as well as an additional queen size sleeper sofa in the upper level.       Best stay in the smokies

      To my surprised while searching the web I discovered that Dollywood Vacations had cabins for rent. We chose Heart 2 Heart and the view was excellant, the cabin was neat, and clean. The amenities were great and the over all stay was fabulous. Skycrest resort is just minutes away from everything in any direction, you can go the back way through the Glades to Gatlinburg or take a right and hit the parkway in Pigeon forge. We had the trip to the Smokies ever. Thanks Dollywood Vacation rentals for helping make it a great trip!

      Sweet Stay in Sevierville

      We were pleasantly surprised with the spaciousness of our 1 bedroom cabin! There was plenty of sleeping space and plenty of privacy - loved the loft area! Would definately recommend this home to anyone.

      Great Vacation - Relaxing, Fun, Great Value

      This vacation was one of the best we have had. It was hard to leave and come back home. The kids enjoyed the availablity of game tables and video games during the down time at the house. We all enjoyed the hot tub to relax in the evening. The house was clean and the staff was attentive. We could not have asked for a better cabin. The view was amazing and quiet. The Dollywood package with the special parking and Qbots were an excellent addition that made the value of the package even better. We will definitly do it again.

      Our family loved our stay at Heart 2 Heart! All the comforts of home with the beautiful scenery. My children loved having the loft area all to themselves. It is the perfect "child" mancave for them.

      Relaxing Getaway

      From the first moment we booked our vacation, everyone who we dealt with was very kind and professional. The Heart-To-Heart cabin was outstanding. From the amenities to the views, we could not have been in a better spot. Our two sixteen year old girls and twelve year old boy thought that they were dreaming upon entry of the grounds and cabin. We will readily recommend this vacation spot.

      It was only okay.

      Our hottub did not work except for two days out of our 7 night stay. We requested service and it was said to have been fixed. However, it was not and it remained cold. Our keyless entry lock malfunctioned twice requiring two after hours calls. And, even then, we had to do it "just so" to make it actually work. Our cabin was not as large as we had expected. The sales agent who assisted us did not do a good job of matching our needs to the cabin as we had two adults and three children--two boys and a girl. Overall, it was okay but not wonderful. An incompleted and slightly shabby looking cabin was across the street from us with a backhoe in the open garage. The conveinence of the cabins to attractions was a good point.

      We stopped by the office when we checked out on Saturday morning, but the office was not open. We had intended to request a partial refund due to the hot tub issue. We may still request the same.

      The building across the street from your cabin is the maintenance building for the developer of the property. It is not owned or managed by Dollywood.

      Have stayed in this cabin before. View is okay, not great. Furnishings are comfortable and adequate. When arrived, countertops were sticky. Mismatched dining furniture should be replaced. Bed was comfortable.

      Loft area was large and had lots of glass to enjoy the view of the mountains while playing pool, air hockey and other games. Furniture and decorations in the cabin were extremely nice. Beds were very comfortable. I rated Service Very Good instead of excellent because we reported the hot tub not heating the first day, someone came but did not get it fixed, reported it the second day and it was then fixed but we missed two nights of enjoying the hot tub.

      Enjoyable Experience

      I would like to say that staying in Heart 2 Heart again was even more enjoyable and relaxing than it was last year. It was also much more cleaner than last year. We love the views from the cabin and the easy access to get there. I'd have to say that Heart 2 Heart is a very warm and relaxing cabin to vacation in.
      We like the location and proximity to attractions.
      The "Lenth of Stay" package for Dollywood is very well worth it because you can not visit Dollywood in 1 day.

      The cabin was fantastic! It was very clean and well kept. The view was out of this world (I just wish it was a little more unobstructed).
