We found dirty dishes in the sink. The floors required cleaning upon entering. The bathrooms required cleaning prior to using due to hair and trash. We found crumbs of food and paper towels between the couch cushions. We had to request a broom due to none available in the cabin. The cabin itself is in need of general maintenance but for minor problems. The office personnel were awesome. The view was great but over exaggerated on the website. I will not stay at this particular cabin again, but will stay at another managed by this group.

We did have a different cabin reserved but it had a
Maintenance issue, this was the closest floor plan
We could get.
The only down fall is that the extra blankets were tossed
On the floor in the closets... I just couldn't bring myself
To use a blanket that's been on the floor. -

Thank you for everything. We had a fabulous vacation. We had everything we needed. I enjoyed the fact that all I had to do at the end was just set the thermostat & run the dishwasher. It was nice to not have to clean the entire cabin before checkout.

The service was great, any questions were answered at length. We liked Starry Hope very much, it has to be our favorite and we plan on staying there again. The location is great, only a mile or so from everything in Pigeon Forge and the cabin had everything you need, just like home. I would just recommend stopping by the grocery on your way in because that is all it did not have was food. Our vacation was only 3 days so all we did was Dollywood and the Titanic museum. Both were great, I felt Dollywood was a little overpriced but we had a lot of fun and Titanic was worth the money. The cabin was reasonably priced and we'll never stay at a hotel again when we are in the smokeys.
