We enjoyed our Christmas in the above the Clouds Cabin. It was nicely decorated and there were plenty of spots for a big gathering and for cozy time together.

Our larger group had a really great time in this cabin. Views are beautiful and the activities available in and around the house were perfect to keep our kids entertained all four days.

This was one of the most enjoyable five days we have ever had. The beautiful location, roomy cabin and good company made for a wonderful time. We plan to make this an annual trip with this being our 1st annual trip to "Above the Clouds".

Simple, easy and rewarding...If you want to feel like royality just go to Dollywood Vacations. It does not matter if your getaway is for family or business they are the best...I would recommend Dollywood Vacation to everyone.

We had 4 couples and had lots of room and were all very comfortable. We had 3 show cars and trailers as well as our personal vehicles. Dollywood was very accommodating with all of our parking needs. We cooked several meals in and had most of the items we needed. We had a great time and hope to be back next year!

My family and friends (party of 9) stayed in "Above the clouds" and loved it! The cabin was clean and there was plenty of space for everyone! Beds and couches were very comfy. The staff at check-in were all very kind and helpful, and after arriving late in the day security personally met us and escorted us to cabin so we didn't get lost! Wonderful!
A few disappointments..
The pool was green, yuck! We ended up getting water park passes (best water park we have ever been to!) so it wasn't too bad. If we had not gotten the water park passes the green pool would have definetly made a bigger
difference.
Also, the garbage dumpster for our cabin was not emptied prior to our arrival and by the end of our stay had still not been touched. The garbage was overflowing.
Overall a great trip! Tons to do nearby, great for all ages :) -

The cabin was very spacious, clean and located within a short distance to the parkway. The view was spectacular!
The only downfalls were there was no lock
to louvered doors over the garden tub in the master bath.
In addition, the sauna
door would not close properly therefore we were not able to enjoy.
Overall, it's a wonderful cabin. -

We loved the home and it was perfect for our entire family. The fact that each couple had their own bathroom was a big plus for us. The views were awesome and everyone enjoyed the pool table, hot tub, etc.
Our only regret was that Dollywood didn't provide any kleenex, additional toilet paper, garbage bags, etc. The grill was also a disappointment. With no cover, it was very hard to maintain enough heat to grill.Response from Dollywood Vacations - 07/10/2012

Thank you for staying with us at the beautiful Above The Clouds cabin. We supply each cabin with a stater supply toilet paper, paper towels, laudry soap, dish soap, trash bags, and shampoo/conditioner. As with most vacation rental homes in that it is up to the guest to purchases any additional items that they might need once they have exhausted the starter supply.

Beautiful cabin with breath-taking views! Also, when we bundled the cabin with the Dollywood Summer package it was a great value. Our family really enjoyed being able to come and go from Splash Country and Dollywood as we pleased. This cabin was so close we would go to Dollywood in the morning, leave around noon to give our 1 year old a nap and go back in the evening. Overall it was an amazing trip and everyone enjoyed our vacation. I will definitely use Dollywood cabins again!

This cottage was amazing and had all the bells and whistles. We would recommend it to anyone! The cottage was clean, jacuzzi outside had clean water, all beds and linens were new and clean and the air hockey and pool table were a plus!
The check in was a bit of a mess as the cottage was supposed to be ready at 4PM and ours was not ready until 4:22PM. Usually this isn't a big deal but I had come by early (around 12 noon) to explain we had been up that morning at 2am and wanted to check in right at 4PM as they said we could. When we came back the lady at check in told us it was not ready and we just watched other people grab their keys and go up.

Our policy is to delay check-in to resolve any last minute issues rather than allow a guest to check in to a cabin that is not up to our standards.
