The cabin is gorgeous and has an incredible view of the mountains. The view is spectacular. When you walk into the cabin you will be impressed with the decor which is all polished wood and leather couches. Even though this cabin home is nestled in the mountains and is constructed of log wood, you will be impressed with the cleanliness. The cabin has three levels with three decks to take in the gorgeous mountains. -the bottom level has a 4 person hot tub. Fresh towels were provided along with one load of laundry soap. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking along with dishes and glassware. As far as the sleeping arrangements- they have two nice size bedrooms with king size beds all decorated in log wood, looks beautiful. Two full baths, and one bedroom has a gorgeous jacuzzi tub. The closets had hangers. The mattresses are awful- for the amount of money they charge they need to purchase better bedding. They advertise that it has a pull out coach -but although the couch looks great ( as a sitting couch) it can not be slept on as as a pull-out sleeper because the mattress is so thin and worn. We are not oblivious to the usual uncomfortable pull out sofa beds, but this is just so bad there is no way one can sleep on the pull out mattress. Be prepared to sleep on the couch as a couch and not as a pull-out. The pool is a 10 minute drive down the mountain but we didn't use the pool. Very close to Dollywood and nearby to grocery stores but maybe stock up before you unpack so you do not have to make too many trips up and down the mountain. Wi-fi was spotty but you can pull up emails with no problems. We enjoyed putting the electronics away and taking in the mountain views

Overall it was a beautiful cabin with excellent views. The cabin itself was very clean. The only complaint we had about staying there was the dishes and kitchen utensils provided were not very clean. We had to hand wash all of the dishes we used before we use them. A positive note we had to call maintenance once because of one of the TVs and they were out promptly and fixed it within a few minutes. Would highly recommend this cabin as long as you bring some paper plates and cups. :)
Revived our spirits!

The cabin was even more than we anticipated with a gorgeous view and more amenities than we could use. The people were exceptionally friendly and seemed to genuinely want us to have a good time. Our only regret was that we didn't plan for a longer vacation. Kudos to you: you gave 3 weary Wisconsinites the best Spring Break ever!

The cabin was much nicer in person. The pics on the web site does not do it justice. Bigger than I expected! Very clean and smelled good. The view is amazing! We loved the cab inane would definitely stay there again!

Love the cabin and views of Sevierville, especially of airport runway in the distance. Great cabin with terrific amenities. Would have been excellent review if the hot tub had been working. Repairs were done but did not correct the leak and we never got to try it. Almost perfect snowy mountain getaway.
It is a great cabin but the housekeeping staff wasnt as great.

The cabin is extremely nice. It was more spacious than we expected. After checking in, we found animal feces on two of our decks. We did alert the staff and they cleaned it up the next day. We also found a razor on the bathroom floor. We have small children so this was concerning. The cabin was obviously not cleaned thoroughly before we checked in.
nice cabin, not too far from town

stayed here for 3 nights over our fall break. It is not far from pigeon forge. We did find a back road to get to gatlingburg without having to go back to P.F. That is nice. The cabin was comfortable. the dollywood throw was a good touch. The kitchen utensils were minimum. so if you will doing alot of cooking you might want to bring some pans. the only negative was the hot tub was dirty and smelled badly. had to call the office that day, and they came that next day to fix it. The check in process was nice and easy. They had a smoker and grill.
Nice decor and touches. Extra pillows, blankets were provided. would definately stay here again!
Beautiful, Clean Cabin with Breathtaking Views!

This is truly a beautiful, clean, peaceful cabin with a wonderful view of the Smokies. It is set high in the mountainside with a view as far as you can see. The entire cabin is very spacious and cozy and can easily accommodate 6 adults or so. We had 4 adults plus 1 child, and it was more than enough space. Getting to Dollywood, the parkway/411 and the surrounding venues is extremely convenient. The only complaint is that the Wifi was not usable at all (the signal was so weak that you could not maintain a connection).

The floor was so slick.

We had four small children and two sets of stairs. The floors were so slick that we were afraid that one of the children was going to fall, but guess who fell. No one but grandma. We got in out rental at 8:30p.m. that night and got out at 8:30a.m. the next morning before anyone got hurt. And we had to paid for two nights. It was a bad experience. Read more
Thank you for staying with us this summer. The majority of the cabins at Dollywood Vacations have beautiful hardwood floors and stairs in the cabins. The floors can seem slick to someone not used to walking on them especially when wearing only socks. For optimum traction it is best to be barefooted or wear rubber soled shoes.
