The cabin had a breathtaking view of the mountains however that's the best thing I can say about it. I chose this cabin because of all the family related amenities that were listed or pictured in this cabin's ad. Most of the games that were listed were not available. Air hockey didn't work, no gaming consoles as stated in ad, computer did not work, soap bubbles in the hot tub, no trash pickup for last 5 days of trip, dishwasher did not work, bugs in the bedrooms. When I told the office about all these issues, they said they could possibly offer a bigger discount for a future stay, but was never contacted by anyone from Dollywood Cabins. Don't buy Christmas Memories package because it is not a good value-the so-called holiday buffet included with our visit was not good, food was cold and hardly anything that was on the sign outside the restaurant was available to eat. I paid a high dollar for this cabin for what I thought was going to be a memorable family vacation but there were too many issues with this cabin to make it so. Definitely pass this cabin up if you are looking for fun for your children because they will be bored-older people might like it but there were still a lot of other issues with it (also had plumbing issues-had to plunge the commodes on all levels).

We have stayed in many cabins, condo's and chalets while in Pigeon Forge. This was by far the nicest, and cleanest we have ever stayed. We also used the cabin to have our family pictures taken while there. Excellent place with an excellent backdrop of the mountains.

There was 8 of us and we were blown away by how nice the cabin was. I cannot put into words how beautiful the view was from every floor. I will definitely be staying again and bringing my family and friends. This was a girls weekend only and we had a blast!!

Enjoyed the great view and the fact that each floor has a deck that can be used to sit, view, reflect and enjoy a cup of coffee with family and share our days events. Enjoyed the cabin that we stayed in but a few things need to be addressed.
The decor needs to be updated to reflect the idea of a cabin or the theme of staying in a remote place and the top bed spreads need to be replaced. They were dirty, spotted with stains. More kitchen utensils are needed, such as a pancake turner or hamburger turner , a wisk for mixing batter, and a few more cereal bowls or bowls in general and there is a need for hair dryers in the bathrooms. One of the tv's did not work nor could we get the computer that was in the cabin to work. The overall stay was really worth the time and money. Very friendly office staff and the people of Pigeon Forge were extra nice in all the places that we visited. Many interesting things in the area to visit and see that don't cost a lot.

The cabin had some age on it, the upstaires pullout was so thin and full of springs that my son just slept on the sofa. The hot tub never seemed warm/hot and there were eight adults there to judge it, also the water seems stained, like rusty water. The air hockey didn't work half the time also. This cabin is in need of some updates.
