My family and I stayed in the cabin "Enchanted"! As soon as we pulled up, we could tell it had a gorgeous view. The decor and over all feeling of the cabin was very comfy and home like (with a taste of luxury). My daughter enjoyed the huge bath tub (as she is still to young for the hot tub). This cabin offers a little something for everyone, and is sure not to disappoint! I love the location as well; right in the middle of everything. This is important because the girls in my family love, love to shop. i would definitely stay in this cabin again. Thank you Dollywood for catering to our every need, and making sure we had a wonderful place to come back to after all the running! Read more

What a wonderful holiday experience!!

My family spent Thanksgiving at Enchanted, and it was one of our best holidays that we have spent together! The cabin was very clean and already decorated for Christmas. I could tell someone really paid attention to the details when putting this cabin together. It just felt like a home away from home. There were lots of "extras" that made us feel welcome (little Christmas decorations everywhere, plenty of good quality towels, blankets, utensils in the kitchen, dishes etc. and a lot of closet space, complete with hangers, and plenty of drawers for a family of 6). The hot tub was on and ready for us when we arrived (temp was 102)which was great after a long drive! Dollywood Cabins really understands how to make a family feel right at home. My husband and I stayed in the loft and woke up each morning to the beautiful view of the Smoky Mts. There is also a lot to do, or not to do, depending on what your interests are. There is plenty of shopping and my children were able to use their unlimited passes to Dollywood (only a five mile drive) while my husband and I sat on the porch swing and enjoyed the quiet beauty of the mountains, watched aggie football and just relaxed. There are other cabins around you, but it is a quiet place and you feel alone in the woods...yet plenty of restaurants, grocery stores, and shops just a few minutes away by car. I would highly recommend this cabin for a family vacation during the winter holidays!

Love the location, the view was absolutely fantastic. The Dollywood perks of staying in the cabins were totally awesome as well. Some of the appliances, though, are in need of upgrading such as the dishwasher and washer/dryer. My children enjoyed billiards and air hockey, esp when playing with their grandmother.
Absolutely one of the best vacations ever!!

My family and I had a wonderful time on our recent vacation to Dollywood! The cabin was picture perfect! Very clean, kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed, plenty of comfortable space for the 6 of us, and what a beautiful view of the mountains! My only suggestion would be a "real" grill with a top but I'm not complaining!

What can I say about staying in a cabin named Enchanted!! Wow, what a beautiful cabin on top of the Smokey Mountains! Sitting on the two balconies, relaxing the hot tub, playing pool or air hockey with the grandkids is an experience we will never forget and plan on doing again. Plus, with rental and one day admission to Dollywood we were able to visit the park everyday of our vacation. Great value!

Everything was so nice and clean and well equipped!! We had trouble with the Wi-Fi when we first arrived but staff came up quickly and repaired the problem. I do wish you would leave a bar of soap for baths. There was dishwashing liquid, and washing machine powder, but no bath soap. Thank goodness I had one in my bad from another trip. Also, keeping a box of salt and pepper would be nice in the cupboard!!

Everything associated with Dollywood was top-notch: From the moment I booked the vacation on the computer, the computer follow-up, the cabin and most of all, the people. Our group of 6 spanned 13 to 77 year-olds and everyone had a fantastic time. The cabin was beautiful (although a little tricky to find at night!). Close to all the action without being on top of it. Best view at any time of the day.

Great cabin and view! My kids didn't want to go anywhere. They wanted to stay at the cabin with it's hot tub, pool table, air hockey and the cool breeze at the top of the mountain. My wife and I loved being on the deck, having a glass of wine and taking in the view. Pigeon Forge had tons to do and Dollywood was great! All within 3 to 5 miles.
love this cabin.

Enhanted Cabin at Dollywood

Each cabin at Dollywood has a name, ours was Enchanted. It overlooks the mountains and was quiet. The steam train at the Dollywood Theme Park could be heard at times. Further down the path from Enchanted, The Eagle Ride at Dollywood was visible in the distance which was interesting/fun. The cabin itself was clean and well stocked with all kitchen equipment. However, although it had a coffee maker, it did not have a kettle. We had to use the coffee maker as the kettle!!!. We were there the last week of august. The disappointing thing was that Dollywood was closed on Tuesdays and Thursdays and The Water Park was closed altogether.
The area is great, Ober Gatlingburg cabin ride, the aTV ride. All resturants were good too. Apart from Blaines Grill at Gatlingburg. The food was horrible. They didn't even have Olive oil.

The view was the best! Very close to Dollywood and all attractions.

The ladies at check in were friendly and exttremely helpful. The cabin was all it said it'd be and more. We enjoyed staying in just as much as going out! The length of stay passes to Dollywood was just an added bonus to a really great get away. Will definately look forward to staying in cabins again, so much more preferrable than simply a hotel room!
Enchanted is accurate

This cabin was more like a house. It was beautiful on the inside and the views were phenomenal. The game room is an added plus for having kids. Enchanted is an accurate name for the home we chose to rent while in Dollywood. If I return, this is where I will stay due to the fabulous amenities from the "cabin" and the location in the Smoky Mountains. I was a little apprehensive to go to Dollywood as, being from the western part of the us, we have Disneyland and Knott's Berry Farm; however, I would put Dollywood right up there with the best. Not only were the rides a great deal of excitement for me and my son, but the location in the mountains is absolutely delightful in a theme park. The location of the "cabin" was also an ideal location from town -- not too close and not too far. If we needed something, we only drove a few minutes and were in town at the store purchasing any necessary items. I would definitely stay at Dollywood again if in the Smoky Mountains and will recommend it to family and friends.

The service we received out there was great, the people were real nice. The home we stay at was great, the place was very nice. Seeing the mountains up there on the hill was great. Going to Dollywood the park was one of our favorites and going horse back riding.
We really enjoyed this beautiful cabin with gorgeous views!

The only thing that could have been better would be more privacy. From the pics on the site it made it look like there were few if any surrounding cabins, but we could hear our neighbors talking at night while we were in bed.
