The cabin was beautiful. We will definitely go again. Everyone was extremely nice and helpful. The only complaint I would have is the mattresses need to be replaced. Other than that we really enjoyed our visit. Read more
Thank your for you review, we are happy that you enjoyed your stay. We will pass the information regarding the mattress on to the homeowner, thank you for letting us know.

I loved the views from this cabin. My husband & son were also very impressed with this place. I would highly recommend staying with Dollywood Cabins. They were very nice & helpful in the office with getting us tickets for the local attractions.
I also like the fact that you just pay for 1 day to get into Dollywood & you can go as many times as you would like during your stay. We only went the 1 day but, just having that option was very nice. Thank you!
Lovely cabin (house), in a great location with stunning views.

This cabin is very close to all the attractions, Dollywood, Dixie Stampede, restaurants etc., but just far enough away to be really peaceful and quiet. The cabin has a full kitchen, lounge, dining room, comfortable bed. If fact everything you need if you just wanted to hide out there. The hot tub outside was great to relax and look out at the mountains. Our only complaint was, we weren't there long enough.

The cabins were nice, but not cleaned very well. One of the beds looked like it had just been slept in, there were long strands of hair all over the bed. I removed the sheets to wash them and there were blood stains all over the pillows. The mattress pads were raggedy and worn. We called the office and was told there was nothing that they could do because each cabin is individually owed. The ceiling fans were filthy. The master bathroom was taken over by ants, and we were brought a can of Raid from the office.I think for the amount of money we paid per night, more should have been done for us. I loved visiting Pigeon Forge, and Gatlinburg TN. I will come back for a visit but will not be staying in the Dollywood Cabins. I would not recommend this property to anyone!!!

The Secret Hide away cabin was beautiful. All of them looked very nice. Our dishwasher didn't want to work right. The air hockey table needs to be replaced but otherwise it was great. I loved the washer and dryer. Every night we played pool and spent a little time in the hot tub. The loft bedroom could use a new mattress as well. Great place to stay. Atmosphere was beautiful. A little expensive to go to the water park and wait.
The cabin leaked very bad

The cabin was just what I expected form looking at the photos on the Dollywood site. What we didn't expect was all the water that ran into the cabin every time it rained, 4 out of 6 day. What we didn't expects when I reported the the cabin leaks was the indifference of the on site agent. We were give 2 dry pillows and told that the owner would be contacted but nothing could be done about the leak without the owner permission. I had to dry out the same pillows and bed linens every time the cabin leaked. We sleep in the living room the nights the bed was wet. Not what we we expected at all!!
Very enjoyable family vacation

The service prior to arrival and at check in was great.I was there with my wife and 2 kids(ages 5 & 10). There was something for everyone. For my son it was the Xbox 360 of all things. For my daughter it was the resort playground just across the street from this cabin. For my wife and I it was the wonderful views and relaxing on the porches. The air hockey table was a big hit too. It was a beautiful cabin in a convenient location. It was close enough to everything that if you wanted to come back for lunch or a midday rest you could easily do that. Guests here have access to the resort pool however we did not take advantage of that. There was a heavy thunderstorm while we were there and there was a sizable leak in the roof in the corner of the master bedroom. I wish they had provided more dish rags, dish towels, dish detergent, wash clothes, and larger bars of soap and larger bottles of shampoo when you are spending a week there. However, they did warn of this in the pre-arrival correspondence. All in all it was a very nice family vacation.

Wow! We didn't even care about rainy days! This cabin is luxurious & so much fun! Comfy beds with crisp linens & new pillows. High-end bathroom suites with plenty of hot water & clean new towels. Sunrise views down the mountain out front, & floor to ceiling spectacular sunset views out back; but upper windows were dirty which distracted from view. Practically brand new, extremely clean, no bugs, just a few small spiders on patio at end of stay. Full kitchen with everything you need, plus washer/dryer! Hot tub fits 4-5, clean, comfortable & very hot with split, adjustable-speed jets. More private than most cabins, wooded on 1 side with large cabin next door far enough away. No cabins down mountain out back, & out front cabins are down the road below your view! Plantation blinds all around for extra privacy. Cannot see Dollywood fireworks from patio due to massive trees, but just walk down the road 2 minutes for full view. Woods & extra privacy is worth losing full fireworks view, can see through trees some.
Bring your own Xbox games & Dvds. They have cable channels, but movie downloads are not available. Great surround sound stereo system, but no ipod doc, so bring an ipod player or blue tooth speaker.
Dollywood is very close. Don't buy park tickets on-line.
Get them from Dollywood Cabins office for great deal!
Use one-day ticket for your entire stay, includes parking! Go Whitewater Rafting with their 15% off coupon too! It takes an hour to get there, but worth it!
Explore the back roads to get to Gatlinburg & back to I40, to avoid traffic! Eat breakfast at FlapJacks @ Lt 2 in Gatlinburg. Grocery store and Wine choices very limited, so stock up @ home & bring it in a cooler. :)
Great Christmas Getaway!

This was not our first time to the area, but our first time to Dollywood and our first experience with Dollywood cabin rentals. The cabin was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the water pressure was great. My three year old son loved the air hockey table!
The ease of check-in and the included tickets to Dollywood for the length of our stay made it an excellent, stress-free Christmas getaway.
Dolly does it right!

My husband and I have been coming to Pigeon Forge and staying at the Starr Crest Resorts about 8 or 9 years and We Love It:). We have stayed in the Secret Hide away about 4 or 5 times and each time we love it more! There's no secret about the cozy little cabin and the beautiful views overlooking the balcony. If you are planning to go to Pigeon Forge, I'm giving away the secret about the cozy and wonderful time you will have snuggling up in the Secret Hide away:). Thanks Dollywood Rentals for making our stay one to remember !>
Cabin made our whole trip wonderful.

Clean, beautiful cabin with great views. First time to Smoky Mountains. My husband, 12 year old daughter and I went on Labor day weekend. Bad idea. Took about an hour to get into Pigeon Forge on Saturday morning and and 1 hour and 45 minutes to drive 8 miles leaving on Monday morning. Other than that we had a lot of fun and enjoyed walking in the mountains, going to Dollywood and relaxing. Our awesome cabin, Secret Hide away, was the highlight of our trip. My husband and I liked to read on the deck and my daughter loved the big jaccuzi tub and took a bath every night. It was a great place to stay as a family.
It is beautiful cabin with a wonderful view.

We enjoyed the privacy of staying in a cabin. It was close enough to the towns and yet dar enough away to enjoy the quiet. The cabin was clean and ready for us when we arrived.
