My family booked this cabin four nights. This cabin has very good views, and the cabin was beautiful. The complaints I have was the dishes was dirty and I went to get in the Jacuzzi tub and the water was rusty I had to get out and immediately got in the shower because I had red and brown dots all over me. Thinking that maybe it may have just been the jets in the tub, I checked the other water and it had a rust color also. We had to go buy drinking water and cooking water. It seemed like it took forever to get to the cabin and is not very close to attractions. I probably will not book this cabin again.

We are very sorry for the issue that you experienced with the water at the cabin. We wish you would have contacted our office because we could have had that serviced and addressed for you. I'm not sure what might have happened but that cabin is on an extensive water treatment system which is maintained by a local water service company.
We would really have liked to have had the opportunity to correct this for you or get you moved to another cabin, if necessary. Again, sorry this cabin you selected didn't really suit you. Next time, call us and let us help you find the perfect cabin to meet your needs.

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed this paradise cabin for an entire week. We wished that we could have stayed longer. The views from the main living area and from the balcony were absolutely breath-taking. The cabin was nicely decorated, very spacious and very clean - it made us feel right at home. We also enjoyed the added perks of playing pool, foosball, the arcade game...and especially relaxing in the Jacuzzi. We fully utilized the kitchen by cooking breakfast, lunch and dinner and everything worked perfectly. Even though the cabins are side-by-side to one another, there are semi-privacy wooden screens when you're outside on the balcony. The only snag to our experience was the exterior metal trash bin. The latch was broken and we surprisingly discovered our trash scattered around the trash bin the next morning. We spoke with the management office about it and they were going to fix it. Regardless of that little mishap, we will still give it a 5-star rating...but I hope that they fix the trash bin if they haven't fixed it already. The comfort and coziness of this cabin assisted in resetting our buttons -priceless. We went home relaxed and refreshed. My husband and I will come back again...no doubt! Oh and FYI..there's definitley plenty of room for two couples (2 bedrooms/big cabin).
