San Luis 2nd-floor apartment is just been refurbished and decorated from scratch to the highest possible standards to make you feel home away from home. Everything is brand new

This sunny apartment comprises spacious and bright living room with a comfortable chaise lounge sofa which is a double sofa bed, and dining area with table and chairs. Large cozy bedroom with a queen size bed with duck down duvet, and built-in wardrobe. Bathroom with bath and shower. A very big kitchen with plenty of workspace and fully equipped with all mod-cons (large fridge/freezer, washer, microwave, toaster, coffer maker, kettle, plenty of glasses and crocke...ry, cooking utensils, etc.)

Air conditioned and central heating in all rooms. WiFi connection

Situated in a very quiet building with typical patios, the apartment is very bright and sunny.

The building has elevator

Just a stone's throw away from the apartment you can find all sort of shops, pharmacy, grocers, bakeries, restaurants, etc..

The location of the apartment will get you a good taste of real Sevilla life, without sacrificing proximity to the major monuments and cultural sights. The Cathedral and Santa Cruz quarters are a nice walk away

San Luis street is part of Feria quarters, surrounded by beautiful squares and churches. Just 2 minutes walk from calle Feria, (and Alameda de Hercules), the character of a village, with many small, family run and independently owned shops and bars. One block down from the apartment, you'll find one of Europe's oldest markets, In this typically Spanish setting, you'll find locals as well as tourists looking for fresh products such as cheese, ham, olives, veggies, and they also have great fish counters.

You can also enjoy the Alameda de Hercules, less than 5 minutes walk, a great area for leisure, la Alameda is a open plaza with plenty of outdoors cafes and restaurants lining both sides. This area is considered by many to be the up-and-coming trendy, bohemian area in Seville, this open space in the very centre of Seville has undergone huge refurbishment and many beautiful old buildings and private houses have been restored to their prior glory.   We enjoyed our stay at Rocio's apartment in the Macarena. The apartment, which faces an interior courtyard, is completely sheltered from any street noise, and can be shuttered for a very dark, peaceful night's sleep. All is new, as the website says, and clean. It's a great base from which to venture out into a non-touristy part of Seville, and it's easy walking distance to the Santa Cruz barrio and other more central areas. We loved shopping at the local market/small shops, and found some good restaurants in the area, with Rocio's help. Rocio is very helpful in all respects.

  Home away from Home

  Spouse and I stayed at this well located apartment in the heart of real Seville.The area hails of restaurants, food shops and just interesting people watching areas. Rocio supplied us with all of the necessary informationfor restaurants, entertainment info and even found parking for us after we drove around the area for an hour. (Don't need a car for Seville) The apt had everything we needed and provided a nice detante after hours of exploring and sightseeing. It provided a nice home base, had laundry, coffee and very clean. Rocio was available throughout our stay in case we needed anything as well. Perfect for two or three people with nice kitchen and easy walking distance to all of the sights and very quiet at night.

  Splendid Sevilla

  Our stay in Sevilla was so perfect because we were in the "heart of it all" in Rocio's bright, comfortable and
  spacious apartment. The location was great for walking to the neighborhood markets and historic monuments, catching cabs,and enjoying the full flavor of the area. Rocio's hospitality was the "icing" on the cake -- she was so personable, helpful and interested in being sure that we had the very best experience. I highly recommend this apartment for 4 people -- large Ikea couch could sleep three if children are in the mix! It felt totally safe and homey -- we lved returning there each day and night of our stay. Mary Stanton
