This beautiful apartment is located in an ancient building right on Cristo de Burgos square , a lively Seville central district. The building can be reached in a few minutes by walk from the Cathedral central square. The apartment has two bedrooms each one with an ensuite bathroom, a large sitting area and a fully equipped kitchen. The apartment entrance has an internal patio full of flowers and vases. The two bedrooms are private so seven people can live together. good value (for more than 2 people), comfotable in a charming traditional Spanish old style "mansion"; photos well represent it.Fantastic location close to the sights but in a "local" area with one of the city's best Tapas areas with plenty of cheap restaurants around the square nearby. Can't recommend enough. (only critiscm is it was difficult to find given that there didn't appear advice of a number for the square; once you have that its easy to find and the bus stops nearby)

Fantastische Lage im Zentrum der Stadt. Das Haus ist ein nobles historisches Haus in einem sehr gute renovierten Zustand in ruhiger Lage..man betritt eine fantastische andere Welt. Das appartment ist über zwei Etagen und ideal geeignet für vier Personen. Wireless Internet funktioniert wunderbar; das Zentrum ist per Fuss in 5 Minuten zu erreichen. In der Gegend gibt es Bars, Tapas, Restaurants in Hülle und Fülle. Das auto konnten wir privat unterstellen ( organisierte unser freundlicher Wirt "Antonio". Auch ohne deutsch - Kenntnisse haben wir uns super verständigt...

We have been lucky to find this place free, it's a two story apartment, private, quiet, well equipped and elegant. Location is excellent, steps from the Giralda and just outside the beautiful entrance there are restaurants, pubs, markets, a really living town. The best for us was the welcoming experience Juana gave us and the perfect wifi internet connection, we needede it for my work. I recommend this property.

We had a perfect holiday in Seville thanks to the owners of this splendid property who made it easy for us live in Seville as locals. Because we are two families we had also another cosy centralapartment called Rialto. All processes were flawless and easy.On the positive side we liked: furnishing, location, equipment, cleanliness. We would have liked to have a dvd tv theatre or a computer connection to Tv but it is just a minor issue. What worked really well was WiFi internet, fast and reliable. All in all it has been quite a good deal

I had the opportunity to have a nice stay in Seville in november together with my husband and children. Juana and antonio did all they could to welcome us in the house and we felt at home. The apartment has everything we needed including kitchenware and large rooms. The town centre is located minutes from the building we lived in so we had the feeling of belonging to the town. Cristo de Burgos is a gracious square with a good day and night life. The apartment is quiet and nice. We'll certainly come back

The apartment is good when you want to visit Seville extensively without a car:

1)Location is super central
2)Well furnished
3)Good separate rooms (in two floors)
4)Situated in a noble house
5)Reasonably well equipped
6)Attentive helpful owners
7)Lots of bars, shops around
8)very quiet and relaxing
9)Realatively affordable
10)Bathrooms and kitchen perfect
11)First floor,no use of lift or stairs
Not so good
1) Entrance on first floor, no big view
2) Windows in bedrooms are small
3) Windows are facing internal patio
all in all I consider teh apartment very nice and quiet, this last point is very important because after a day of sightseing we needed full and undevided good rest.
