Brand new apartments located in the city center of Sevilla, in a building with a beauty Andalusian Patio, elevator, optional Car-Parking and reception where you can leave your luggage.
Our Apartments have bedroom with a double or twin beds at each bedroom (depends of the apartment), separated livingroom with sofa-bed, kitchen and bathroom.
All apartments fully equipped with air conditioning and heating, Flat TV screen, FREE WIFI connection, refrigerator, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, kitchen utensils and we supply bed linen and towels, anything else needed (baby cot, iron, air dryer...) please ask.

Perfect located for everyone: In the real Seville City Center, easy to access, car-parking in the same building where you can leave your car and visit walking the most important monuments and point of interest of the city (Giralda, Cathedral, Reales Alcazares, Torre del Oro, Maestranza, Gran Poder Church...).
In the Alameda de Hercules, a beautiful square plenty of restaurants and bars where you can have a drink or eat outdoor and enjoy de famous sun of Andalucia (The Southest region of Europe where Seville is the Capital).
5 minutes walking to the "Guadalquivir" river where you can find people play many water sports (piragua, canoeing, rowing, sailing...) if you cross the river for any of the modern bridges you will find "Cartuja" Islan (EXPO'92 World Fair) and "Isla Magica" a enjoyable theme park perfect for childrens, Auditorium where most of the concerts of Seville celebrate and Olimpic Stadium where most important Sports Competitions celebrate.

Me aloje dos noches y tanto el trato de la recepcionista, como la limpieza. La paz interior, la decoracion, la situacion en pleno centro de Sevilla, como el precio muy asequible, me parecieron una excelencia. Lugar muy recomendable.

The owners where very friendly and helpfull with information and bookings.
Our home felt like our little home during our stay. It had everything we needed, shower was good and everything was clean.
The location was close to a nice square and bakery for warm bread in the morning. Also on walking distance from the historic center.
So we liked the location, quiet but still close to all touristic items. -

Everything there is perfect. Really nice and big flats, pefectly equipPed. Wlan works well, staff very helpful and Likeable. Located in the city centre, near to the plaza de alameda. In Spring 2012 i'll stay there again.
