Abbiamo soggiornato in questo appartamento ai primi di marzo ed eravamo 6 persone.
La prima impressione è stata buona.La posizione è eccellente per visitare Siviglia.
Gli spazi interni sono puliti e confortevoli,ma si tratta di due livelli con spazi relativamente piccoli quindi non aspettatevi una sistemazione particolarmente spaziosa Secondo me è ideale per quattro persone adulte .Noi abbiamo infatti optato per affittare una ulteriore camera situata al primo piano.In questo modo i due bagni presenti in camera erano davvero comodi e molto funzionali..Le scale sono ripide e strette e questo potrebbe essere un problema per persone anziane o con difficoltà.
Sono presenti due terrazze con una bellissima vista sulla piazza del Salvador.
La prima terrazza è utilizzabile e arredata con tavolo e sedie,ma anch'essa adatta a 4 persone per dimensione e posti a sedere.La seconda situata sopra è puramente panoramica.
In definitiva consiglio questa sistemazione per la posizione,la vista della terrazza,la qualità dei bagni in camera e per un rapporto qualità prezzo discreto. -

I knew it was going to be perfect stay when I saw the photos of the place in the internet. I had browsed through photo after photo of apartments and this was the one that called me. The central location, the plaza where the locals meet, the spacious apartment, the two terraces, everything looked perfect. We had our first breakfast in the plaza while waiting for 10am to arrive to get our keys and pay the balance and the security deposit. The owner was punctual. At 10am we were walking into the apartment and after the key and money exchange and the signing of papers, we were finally free to enjoy Seville and this beautiful apartment for 7 days. The apartment is located in a 4 story building where the ground floor is occupied by a bride accessories store. Beware that the Spaniards call the first floor what is really the second floor for americans. So, in american terms, on the first floor is the store, on the second floor the owner's office as well as a studio unit that is also rented out by the owner, with the third and fourth floor occupied by the apartment we rented.
The apartment is separated from the rest of the building with a glass door with a lock. The bedrooms are on the third floor of the building while the living room, dining room, kitchen, second bathroom and terrace are on the fourth floor. There is a second terrace on the top of the building which is accessed through the 4th floor terrace. The rooms look exactly as depicted in the photos. The furnishings appear to be from Ikea but they are all in very good condition. The kitchen is fully equipped, from microwave, to stove top, oven, refrigerator. There is no dishwasher but who needs one while vacationing in Seville. We only used the kitchen for breakfast as were not going to miss out on the Spanish cuisine. There is a supermarket nearby. El Corte Ingles in La Plaza del Duque also has a supermarket in the basement. The apartment is in the middle of everything. There are various bars-restaurants-cafes-bodeguitas in the Plaza del Salvador where the locals like to enjoy their lunch and tapas. La Giralda as well as the rest of the attractions are within a walking distance of the apartment. The apartment is in the middle of the shopping district with Calle Sierpes and Calle Tetuan nearby. I would definitely stay in this apartment again. -

An immaculate apartment with a generous ensuited master bedroom. The terraces overlook the plaza del Salvador and provide a sense of openness and space. The location is within easy walking distance of the many sights. Maria and Francisco were considerate and attentive hosts.

We had 4 wonderful days in this duplex apartment in Seville, the apartment is gorgeous, modern and spotless and perfectly situated for walking to all major sights and shopping. The booking process was painless, Isabel and Francisco answered all my questions promptly and treated us like family upon our arrival. During our visit the temperatures were well into 100 degrees and we were able to enjoy our siesta time inside the quiet and well cooled apartment. The two wonderful terraces provided us with a fantastic place to relax and watch the evening gatherings in plaza Salvador. Our only regret is that we could not spend more time in Seville.

Very secure accommodation with everything that you could wish for
Very difficult to find any negative points
The only point to consider is whilst there is a service lift for baggage, the staircase may be less easy for older visitors or those with difficulty with stairs -

We really enjoyed our stay in this nice apartment, well equipped and extremely well located in the heart of Sevilla. A lot of sightseeing spots are at max 10 minutes walk and there are numerous restaurants and bars in the neighborhood. On top of that, the landlords are really friendly and provide useful information upon arrival. We can only recommend the place.

We were warmly welcomed by the owner, shown around the apartment and given a brief tour of the surrounding area which was much appreciated.
The apartment itself is 5 star accommodation, could not be faulted, and it would be difficult to think of a better location.
However if you don't like climbing stairs then you might want to look elsewhere.
Our time in Seville will provide us with some wonderful memories. -

Very hospitable and friendly owners that gave warm welcome and introduction to the wonderful city. The apartment is newly renovated, fresh & up scale. The balcony has a great view of the Iglesia del Salvador and the lively square below (noise is well insulated once windows are shut).
It is right at the start of the shopping district (Calle Sierpes & Cuna) of Sevilla. The Cathedral, Alcazar, Barrio Santa Cruz and shopping are all within short walking distance. Numerous cafes in blocks all around. Even the river bank (Triana/Calle Betis) and the bull ring is within walking distance. What more can you ask for?
One note - the apartment is situated vertically with bedrooms on the 2nd floor and livingroom & kitchen on the 3rd. It has a lift but is for transporting luggage only. Something to consider if climbing stairs is an issue for you. Another note - do not mistaken the power switch in the masterbedroom closet for light switch. Dicen que Sevilla tiene un color especial y es cierto. Nuestra visita a la ciudad con un grupo de amigas fue increible. Estuvimos alojadas en el apartamento y tengo que decir que las vistas y las instalaciones fueron inmejorables. Además la situación es perfecta para patalear Sevilla.
Me encanta la ciudad y si vuelvo a tener otra oportunidad volveré a alojarme en este apartamento. Muy, muy recomendable.

This is a superb apartment rental. It is in an excellent location within easy walking distance to all the major sights in Sevilla. The apartment is recently remodeld and is spotless. Isabel and her husband were very easy to work with on the reservation, check-in and check out. We enjoyed sitting on the terrace on the cool evenings and watching the activity in the square below. There was a Corpus Christi religious procession when we were there and it was fun to watch from the terrace. You can't go wrong with this rental - it was the best apartment rental we had on our vaction to France and Spain!

Sublime appartement, situé en plein centre-ville, proche des principaux monuments, bars, commerces, etc.. tout est accessible à pied. L'appartement est parfait, très propre (en marbre), la cuisine est totalement équipée, les chambres sont très bien, prores, bonne literie. Il est parfait pour 6 personnes. Vous avez en plus 2 terrasses avec une vue magnifique sur la place St Vicente, idéal pour prendre l'apéro avec vos amis ou en famille!

We've stayed in the penthouse apartment in Sevilla which is just perfect and makes you want to stay in Sevilla forever! The apartment has just been renovated, everything is very luxurious and super clean. The view of the apartment & terrace is gorgeous. The location of the apartment is great to walk anywhere in Sevilla, the cathedral is just a few steps away, lots of restaurants around and supermarket. We received such a good service from the owner, who even took us around the square to show us where were the grocery stores, shops and the direction to the cathedral. I recommend this apartment to anyone, it is definitely one of the best apartment I have stayed in while traveling in Europe. Thanks for everything!

We couldn't have dreamed of a better place to stay in sevilla!! In the middle of all the monuments and touristic highlights and very well communicated with the rest of the city. It is a very cozy and clean apartment.

This terrace apartment was almost too good to be true! I value an apartment on the location and the style against the price, and this one was worth every penny.
Location: Truly in the heart of Seville. The terrace balcony oversees the most beautiful square in Seville. It was 100 yards from the best shopping and within a 5 minute walk to anywhere you would want to see in Seville.
Apartment: Safe and clean! The penthouse was well furnished in a beautiful building. Marble bathroom and flatscreen TV were yet another plus. The terrace offered a great view of the square while giving us privacy. Nothing but good things to say about the apartment.
This apartment was one of the best deals I have found in my travels. It is a place I would recommend to my mother!

I could not have been more happy with the choice to stay in this location. The apartment itself was extremely clean, new, and nicely decorated. However, the most impressive part was the location and proximity to the attractions of Seville. We stayed here during Semana Santa, and the balcony was absolutely perfect to witness the processions from. We were so close to the pasos that we could touch them as they passed directly below! These amenities truly made our stay in Seville what it was. Thank you for helping us make it an unforgettable experience!

We stayed here for 4 nights in March 2012 and would highly recommend the apartment.
It has been tastefully decorated and the location is unbeatable with all of the main sights of Seville in walking distance. One of them in fact you can view from the apartments terrace.
The owner, Francisco was very helpful showing us the nearest supermarket and even recommended a few places to eat in the area, which proved to be excellent.
